17: a warning sign

it was now the next day, both jungkook and taehyung still sleeping all cuddled up in bed. before the alpha stirred awake. his eyes opened only to be met by the most adorable sight ever. taehyung still sleeping a pout on his lips. long eyelashes touching his cheeks.

the alpha stayed there for longer just admiring the other. before he slowly got up. he wanted to make breakfast for taehyung. so he quickly made his way downstairs. "pancakes, bacon, and eggs should be perfect". he says getting all the ingredients ready.

the raven quickly started to make everything before the small male woke up. as he was doing that he chuckle at himself how did he go from being the most stoic rock hearted alpha to being the most soft for the omega he first thought was an "inconvenience". kim taehyung really does that to you.

speaking of taehyung he was still currently cuddled up in bed hugging a pillow that jungkook put into his arm when he went away. the small omega stirred awake expecting for his alpha to be there. but he ended up pouting when there was an empty space. "a-alpha?". he whimpered quietly clearly not liking the fact that jungkook wasn't there.

he slowly got out of bed looking for the said male. only to find him in the kitchen getting all the plates and utensils set up. "kookie". the raven turned around only to smile. "good morning doll how was your sleep?".

"it was good". taehyung says still a bit sleepy before he gasped jungkook picking him up effortlessly. "let's get my omega fed shall we?". he giggled cutely excitedly clapping his hands as he looked at all the food. "thank you alpha!". the raven pecked his chubby cheeks before sitting beside him.

both happily ate there food well taehyung did all the alpha did was stare at him lovingly. he fell really hard for him. "alphaaaa don't just stare at me and eat!". taehyung whined his heart beating when jungkook continues to stare. "ok on one condition though".

"what is it?". he tilted his head before he gasped feeling soft lips press against his. jungkook hummed satisfied when he felt taehyung kiss him back. he licked the omegas bottom lip before pulling away. "k-kookie!". the raven smirked turning towards his food again and continued to eat. leaving taehyung a blushing mess his heart beating even faster.

"you really love my scent don't you doll?". jungkook chuckled as he held taehyung on his lap. it had been an hour and both were cuddling up on the couch. taehyung straddling him face into his neck. "mhm you smell so good!".

taehyung had always really like the ravens scent. but today he smelt so different his scent was stronger and he could hear his wolf whimper a little bit when jungkook would be near him. he wanted to tell the alpha but he figured it was nothing so divided not to.

but that would be the biggest mistake ever. any time an alphas scent changes into something stronger that only meant one thing. rut jungkook rut was coming and he wouldn't know that until it was actually happening. unlike omegas who would get heats and they and other people would know they were in heat because they outwardly show it.

alphas on the other hand? they wouldn't noticed until they were actually in their rut. or if other people say it to them. this time he didn't have his hyungs telling him that....
