I gawked up at him, not even realizing what I was doing.
"Uh, danni..? Hellooo" Luke waved a hand in front of my face, bringing me back to Earth.
"Oh-uh, hi!" I smiled, a very nervous smile and I think Luke could tell.
"Don't worry I'm pretty nervous myself." Luke giggled, the famous giggle all fans of 5sos across the world died from.
And the best part was-it sounded even better in person.
I laughed, still a little nervous, so I probably sounded like a cow.
Luke smiled at me, his eyes glistening as he was fascinated by me.
But I really was fascinated by him.
We stood there for what seemed like an hour, which was really only a minute, until Luke spoke up.
"We should go inside." He smiled.
I nodded, smiling.
Luke opened the door for me, "lady's first."
"Oh please, we're at Starbucks for our first date, you don't have to act like a gentlemen around me Luke." I smirked.
"This is a date?" Luke eyes widened, his whole face brightening as he smiled.
But I didn't have an answer. Is this a date? Does Luke want it to be one? What if he thinks I'm just a weird girl that's obsessed with him?

"I guess if you want it to be one." I raised my eyebrows, still thinking about his question.
"Ah, yes, can we have two lattes please?" Luke told the woman at the register.
He told her our names, and he looked back to me.
"I most certainly do." He smiled.
My jaw dropped, literally, as I looked at him.
He was completely serious.
"Okay.. Seriously?" I cocked my head to the side, confused.
"Well yeah. I like you danni."
I smiled.
"I like you to Luke, and not just as a fan ya kno-"
My eyes widened, my ex was here, Brady.
"Luke I need to get out of here." I whispered, my words muffled because I had put my hood on.
"Wha- why? Do you not want to go on a date? That's okay, I can drop you off at home?" He spoke quickly.
"No Luke, we just need to get our drinks and go somewhere else. I'll tell you why when we get there, okay?"

"Okay babe." Luke turned around to the lady, "Are our drinks done yet miss?"

"Yes love," she grabbed the drinks, writing our names, and something else on Luke's cup " here you go." She smiled at us both.
Luke grabbed his cup and read it, smiling wide.
"What is it?" I questioned, my eyebrows raised.
He showed me his cup and it read, "you two are a cute couple, stay good to her." with a smiley face and a heart.

I remembered Brady, looking back to see him glaring at me, slowly following us.
"Luke, run. Just keep up with me okay?"
He nodded, and I ran.
