"Castiel! It's good to see you, little bro!" Gabriel said with joy as Cas appeared in the room. "Finally done watching our favorite little pests?"
"They aren't pests. They are fascinating, wonderful beings," Castiel retorted angrily.
"Castiel, he was just joking around. Why do you get so offended, anyway?" Balthazar asked in between sips of his favorite whiskey.
"It's nothing, just forget it," Castiel replied as he looked down. Why do I get so angry? he thought. I mean, it isn't like I'm in love with them or anything. Then, he thought of Dean and blushed. He shook the thought away and looked back at his brothers. "So, what's going on up here in paradise?" Castiel asked happily, masking his confusion over how he feels about humans.
"Oh, nothing much, just Michael bossing us around and Uriel eternally living with a stick up his ass," Balthazar replied. All of the angels laughed wildly, and even Michael had a hint of a smile on his face, although he was trying to hide it. The only one not smiling, however, was Uriel. He stood in the back of the room with a sour expression on his face.
"Well, at least I don't take pride in putting down my brothers," Uriel said harshly as he flew to a different part of Heaven. With that, all of the angels stopped laughing and went about their business as usual, the fun being ruined. Castiel sighed and flew gracefully down to his special cloud to watch Dean. He unintentionally let out a sigh and smiled as Dean went through his day smiting demons and eating pie.
