ch 19: prom part 1: getting ready

Three weeks later

Jessica POV

I can't believe prom is finally here! My dream boy is taking me to prom and Tatum's dream boy is taking her. The theme is the ballad of Mona Lisa since tatum is student body president she chose the theme and she knows that that's my favorite panic at the disco song. I didn't ask her to do the theme that way but I guess she wanted to be nice and do that. I'm going all out for this, I mean black lace gloves black dress,my hairs purple and blue again BTW, a little top hat and I think liam is just wearing a black tux. I'm so excited I've always dreamed of prom. Not being prom queen, just going to prom and hanging out with my friends and being with the guy of my dreams. I'm super excited for tonight! I mean what girl doesn't like prom, Tatum. She doesn't wanna go because its a popularity contest. The tables have turned on prom night, I'm excited Tatum's not. I'm usually not happy she's usually perky and excited for stuff.
Three hours before prom escorts arrive

I just put on my dress and now I need to straighten my hair and get my earring on and put my shoes on and put on my lace gloves on then I'm ready to go. I was putting on my make up when my dads walked in my room. "Oh my gosh look at you!" Daddy squealed at me with tears in his eyes. "You're gorgeous love!" Papa said. "Thanks guys." I said hugging them both. That's when Tatum came in. She was beautiful in her dress and braided hair and sandals to go with her dress. Our dads complimented her too. I could tell she was nervous. This night is going to be amazing! I'm super excited!
One hour till prom escorts arrive

"I'm nervous!" Tatum said. "Don't be. Just have fun!" I said trying to clam her down. That's when we turned the TV and sat down to put on our shoes then I got up put the final touches to my outfit and I sat back down. We then waited for our boyfriends to arrive and take us to prom.
