One step towards heaven

While DIO was away in Egypt to end the Joestar bloodline once and for all Pucci, his closest companion, searched all over the world in order to find an important item that DIO commanded him to find. It was no other than the stand arrow that gave stands to the ones who get pierced by it and are mentally strong enough. There were plenty of ways for DIO to get a gravity manipulation stand but this was by far the easiest and fastest way to claim it.
After searching for one and a half years he got help from one of DIO's sons Giorno, who happened to have one under his possession since he was the leader of Italy's biggest mafia.
Having finally collected the stand arrow, Pucci traveled to America where him and DIO would meet.
-Time skip-
-at a hotel room on Las Vegas, America-
-It's good to see you my old friend. Said Pucci with with a confident smile
-It's always good to see my partner.
DIO and Pucci sat on a table and start chatting over the things they've experienced the last two years that they were separated. This was a side of DIO that nobody has seen, a warm friendly aura was surrounding him which nobody would have ever expected to see from a sadistic pure evil Vampire. Something was different.
-now that we don't have anyone to stand in our way, we can finally begin the process of achieving our common goal of reaching heaven. Said Dio with relief
-Yes indeed my friend, now we can finally begin a new chapter in our lives
Having said that, Pucci gives the stand arrow to DIO who pierces through his chest with no hesitation, he as immortal after all. After a few minutes of silence suddenly The World appears and starts to glow and reform into a new stand.
After the transformation, Pucci looked in amazement as Dio was testing his newfound powers. Now he could finally control gravity and with that, the fates of people
-DIO... This is amazing! Said Pucci with a stunned face
-Indeed. But we haven't achieved our goal yet. In fact that was the very first step on achieving heaven
Now after finally having the powers of time and gravity manipulation, DIO could finally start his plan on concurring the world.
