The true power of The World

As DIO and Pucci were planing about their next step, Suddenly Giorno Giovanna Burst into the room by breaking a door, which leave both DIO and Pucci shocked. But it wasn't Giorno in control of his actions.
His stand, the one above all, Golden experience Requiem which prevented every threat from reaching reality was the responsible for all of this chaos
-DIO Brando, your actions are disturbing the balance of the universe and if this continues, eventually the universe will fall in dispare and chaos. Said GER(golden experience requiem) with a serious but intimidating expression on his face.
Pucci Suddenly tried to protect his friend by GER but was thrown away like a pebble.
-HOW DARE YOU TOUCH PUCCI!!?! Said DIO in a state if anger.
DIO suddenly used his gravity manipulation powers to pin GER to the floor and stopped time to finish him off but as he stopped time every action of his went completely erased as if he hadn't done anything.
-Only if he didn't have that damn Requiem arrow! Thought DIO in his mind as he tried to punch GER with The World which GER Blocks with his fists.
But suddenly, the arrow was emited out of GER's body which let everyone present in shock.
-H-HOW DID YOU.... Screamed GER as it transformed back to regular Golden Experience.
DIO, with a evil smile on his face, burst into laughter.
-HAHAHAHAHA!!!!! So this is my new power!!! But it seems that I cannot do it at the moment.
-My friend this must be a gift from heaven! What an incredible power! Not even Requiem stands are a match for you my friend!
-Don't be so erregand my friend. Dio said in an serious tone.
We were only lucky this time, but soon enough I will learn to use that power to its fullest potential. But now we have to deal with Giorno. Said DIO
-We can erase his memories of the Requiem stands so that he can be on our side and doesn't step on our dream. Said Pucci with excitement.
After that Pucci used his stand in order to erase Giorno's memories and persuades him to stay on his father's side. Suddenly, DIO starts to look at the Requiem arrow and without any sign of hesitation, he grabs it and pierces himself leaving Pucci stunned.
-I- I can feel the power running through my vains!!! Said DIO feeling satisfaction.
Suddenly The World starts yet another transformation wich leave it's colour turn from bright yellow to black and white.
After fully stransforming, DIO tests his newfound powers which consist of complete time manipulation, which are stopping, going back and going forward in time.
-Now that I also have the powers of a Requiem stand, we should focus on finding a way to use my reality rewriting power.said DIO which was followed by an affirmative nod from Pucci.
Suddenly, DIO was stunned and fell on the ground.
-No... IT CAN'T BE!!!!
-What's wrong DIO? Said Pucci with a concerned face for his friend.
- I- I can sense a new Joestar blood, one that I haven't noticed... They are not my children, this man is something different...
-Where do you sense him?
-Somewhere in Japan. Said DIO with cold sweat all over his body.
-Could it be that Jotaro had a brother?
-There's only one way to find out my friend. I'm afraid that our plans need to be postponed for a short time. Said DIO visibly annoyed.
-I should get things ready then. Said Pucci as he rushed to pack his and DIO's stuff.
