RANDOM CHARACTER likes OC's younger sibling, and had planned to ask them out. however, it came to their attention that they weren't allowed to date until OC ( someone who was a bit unapproachable and uninterested in dating ) had gotten a partner. in an attempt to solve this issue, RANDOM CHARACTER pays CRUSH to try and get OC to go out on a date with them. though the task is harder than it seems.
