Bill was upset that he was defeated by Danny.
"Hey, Bill, why didn't you use any of your other powers?" Danny asked.
"I have others? I thought I lost them." Bill muttered.
"Yeah? I only used my powers that all ghosts have, also what do you mean by you lost them?"
"In my previous life, I had different powers, and now I can't use them!" Bill exclaimed angrily.
Bill wanted to learn how to use his newfound powers correctly, so begrudgingly, he asked, "Will you teach me how to use my new powers?"
"Why can't you get someone else to teach you?"
"I haven't met any of the other ghosts, so who else could I get to teach me?"
Danny seemed annoyed, and sighed.
"Fine, but later, I have stuff to do,"
Bill got a little giddy.
After they finished their conversation, Bill quickly headed to his lair, and waited until Danny wasn't busy.

The next time he wanted to, Bill flew to the castle, and started looking for Danny. After what felt like hours of searching, Bill left, to go back to his lair, because he couldn't find Danny.
Bill slowly got bored in his lair, so he went out to explore the Ghost Zone. He ran into Skulker, and barely got away unscathed, he met the Far Frozen yetis, who were very kind to him, and he eventually saw the Fenton Ghost Portal. He thought that maybe the portal could bring him back, but he thought about it and decided he should try to get a better handling of his powers first.
After he felt like he saw enough of The Ghost Zone, he went back to the castle to see if Danny was there. To his luck, Danny was there.
"When are we going to start?" Asked Bill.
"We could start now, because I'm not busy right now," Danny replied.
They went back to the stadium-like area, and began to train, until Bill got exhausted, and went back to his lair to take a break.
