Kuroko and Naru went to Seirin. She's happy. The two of them are happy with their new team and so on. Narumi still haven't moved on about Akashi but she forces the thought of him away whenever he tries to knock on entering her mind.

She never did try to have a communication with him. It was the vice versa of what she said when they parted for good. She said that he should prepare himself because she would bother him so much, right? But all she gave him that spring... is silence. Nothing more, nothing less. She stopped trying like there was never a reason to try.

She's happy now. She doesn't need love anyway. As she said to herself, "We were still young back then. We were foolish."

Se told herself it was just a young, dumb, love. She says that but still, she loves Akashi.

Akashi on the other hand, stayed as the mighty emperor he is. Always absolute.

( A: Wait, let me correct that. Absolute as always. )

He never did try to communicate with Narumi and the other members. He knew that they will meet in the future anyway.

They will absolutely have a game with each other. He knows that. And he is looking forward to it.

Back to Seirin. When they lost to Tōō, they were crushed as we all know. Aomine was too bright for Kagami and they are still weak compared to Tōō.

But that's when they trained harder. They decided to steady their feet and be the champions of the Winter Cup.

On that time, Akashi has seen Narumi while he's on a bussiness trip.

She was with her team, including Kuroko. They were all smiling, laughing... and she was happy. She's happy with the whole team. And not to mention Kuroko was having fun too.

He knew he had to let her go. So that she can be happy. And she really isn't neccessary in his life. Having her won't lead him to victory.

He knows that, but there's a pinch of sadness in his gut which tells him that he needs her.

But he thought; Emotions aren't neccessary. Emotions make you weak.

He probably believes in the wrong thing, but who knows? He's probably in the right too. Like a coin, emotions have two sides. It's either heads or tails. Just like negative and positive. Just a person with so much courage or some coward would dare take a risk and flip the coin.

Though Akashi did flip the coin, he never did stare at what the results was. He immediately threw it away from him and never looked back for it. It was just a simple thing for him. It didn't matter.

It didn't matter to him even if his once precious jewel and his pawn is finally defying him on the other side of the court, daring him to flip that coin once again for a chance.

Well, this is one hell of a game to look out for.

Once, at the start of the winter cup, Narumi accidentally met Akashi. She got lost at the place and was running around looking for the team.

She suddenly saw a very noticeable flaming red hair in her path so she stopped on her tracks, She tried to walk quietly and calmly when she tried to escape being caged in his atmosphere. He was walking towards somewhere too so she thought he wasn't able to notice her.

But he did. And he was staring at her. Investigating who the mocha haired girl was. And at that second, she looked back at Akashi as if she was checking if he noticed her.

The moment her dark violet eyes fell into the heterochromatic gaze of the person she once loved, she felt a hard, heavy, painful beat inside her chest. She almost wanted to break down and cry for him all over again.

Just one look... and I'm imprisoned again.

As for him, he has finally recognized her the moment their eyes fell upon each other. He wanted to ignore her but he felt like he needed to stay a bit longer.

Now... what do we have here?

They both stopped walking and they both turned to fully face each other.

Silence.

It was all she got from him.

His eyes are just as cold as before.

Nothing.

It was all he felt for her.

Pathetic.

After a moment of silence and with nobody breaking it, she bowed her head as a sign of farewll. She did that so the choking silence won't be prolonged anymore. She needed to get away from him. Fast. Her heart never raced like this before again.

This is so painful.

He watched her bow and go away. He only stood on his ground, following her with his eyes as she take steps away from her. He noticed how she tried to wipe something away from her cheeks. He didn't feel the need to go after her nor call her name out again.

That was such a waste of time.

As she walked further away from him, without even hearing his voice after months...

I should've said something... just something. I regret saying nothing.

When he turned his heels so that he could meet his former team mates, he sighed...

I regret staying. I should've just ignored her existence like before.

And that encounter was what made Akashi late for their meeting.

At the semi finals, Kaijo has lost to Seirin and Shutoku has lost to Rakuzan. As they move on to the finals... who will be the number one team in Japan?

Would it be Seirin - with the Phantom supporting his new Light in the shadows?

Or would it be Rakuzan - together with the absolute Emperor, the other three Uncrowned Generals and lastly... a new version of a Phantom?

That will all be decided...  at this moment.

"Let's have a good match!" The players at the courts shouted. The two teams bowed and payed their respects to each other.

As the whistle blew, indicating the tip off... one of the tallest men for both teams jumped for getting their hands on the ball in order to attack and then earn the first point.

Now... let the game begin.

(( A: Okay so yah. I decided to start on the actual match of Rakuzan vs. Seirin bc if I start at the very first match of everything, it'll all be fillers and shiz. I might get bored again in writing this sequel. //cries while laughing// Sorry I'm such an ass.

Oh well. Please wait for further updates! Lots of love to those who read this. ♥♥♥ May God bless you. x')

Oh! And check out my new works. If you want to. Haha. And THIS IS UNEDITED OK. As always, expect it from the ass bakauthor-sama xD and this might have slow updates. Idk but it would probably have less than 5 or 10 chaps. See you on the next chap! :* ))
