Today was a special day for enhypen. They were going to meet their old buddies, i.e., other participants of I-Land.
All of them had woken up on time today. The staff was laughing at the kids eagerness. Jungwon almost forgot to add milk to his cereals, Sunoo did his morning routine almost wrong and refused to make sunghoon's hair for the first time in forever, making Sunghoon very confused and slightly irritated. He didn't knew how to do his hair now, so he pouted and went to his jay. Heeseung and Jake almost burned their ramen (or utensil). Niki ignored everyone doing his own work. That kid even ignored his hyungs shouting & banging and took his sweet time in bathing, smiling so cutely before using jay as protection.
He probably was the busiest. He made sure to give milk to Jungwon, wake Sunoo from his daze, told ramen duo that their ramen might burn, do sunghoon's hair and at last protect his youngest.
He signed in relief as they finally exited their van, the tension killing him too.
The moment they entered the 'elders' were left together as Niki flung himself on Hanbin so happy to meet his hyung after ages. Jungwon's eyes immediately found his original ma- Youngbin whose affection he still yearned for and their last kid, Sunoo was in already in Jaebeom's arm both of them giggling about something already.
Before Heeseung could see where Jakehoon duo went he saw Jay who was now staring daggers at those three people around his kids.
"Jay-ah" when jay didn't respond Heeseung saw in his line of direction and saw Jungwon happily in youngbin's lap playing with his hands while talking to him. He then saw hanbin and niki having a playful battle as they waited for japan trainees and Daniel to come. And surely he also saw Sunoo laying with his head in jaebeom's lap who was playing with his hairs.
Heeseung was shocked when jay huffed and looked away locating the water cooler and rushing over there. He angrily drank two glasses of water and almost slammed the glass down.
"hey jay-ah drink slowly...why did you drink that much, we have to eat soon"
