"I'll just lower down my volume, sorry."
A few minutes later
"Y/n.."
"B/n.."
"Y/n I'm serious go to sleep already or I will take the phone away."

You ignored what he had said and continued scrolling through your phone either watching Netflix or just be on Tiktok.
Another Few Minutes Later
Before you knew it he took your phone away and put it in his nightstand beside him.
"Wtf is your problem?! Give it back."
"I told you I would if you didn't be quiet. Plus it's really late already, you should be sleeping by now."
You try to go across him and grab it but he gently pushed you aside.
You keep trying to grab your phone but eventually gave up. Then you just lay there on top of him.
"Please?"
"No."
"Give it to me and I'll finally go to sleep."
"You don't need it."
"Please! I swear I will lower my volume and-"
"Y/n no! Stop asking me I'm not going to give it to you."
You just lay down beside him facing the other way so you wouldn't face him.
"I hate you."
