Several weeks later, you were in Ludwig's room while he was playing the piano. You fell asleep listening to his music, and he looks over at you as he continues playing. As he finished, you slowly awoke and applauded, which he bows down.

Ludwig: "Thank you. Thank you. You're too kind."

As you slowly got up, you heard Ludwig gasp sharply, and you got confused.

Y/n: "What's wrong, bro?"

He points his claw to where you were sitting a minute ago, and you turned around to see a small blood stain on the royal blue bedsheets. You got scared and afraid, and you didn't know what was happening to you.

Y/n: "Why am I bleeding? And why do I feel pain in my abdomen?"

Ludwig: "It's your time of the month, sis."

Y/n: "What does that mean?"

Ludwig: "Whenever a girl hits puberty, they have what is called a menstrual cycle. They usually last for five to seven days, and you will experience bleeding in the vaginal area."

Y/n: "I'm scared, Ludwig. I never experienced this before."

Ludwig got on his knees, and he kissed your forehead.

Ludwig: "You've got nothing to be afraid of, my angel. This happens to every woman each month. Your sister Wendy has started hers two years ago. If you are in pain, I'll be there to help you with it."

You both glance back at the blood stain, and Ludwig gives you a reassuring look.

Ludwig: "Don't feel ashamed. I'll get my sheets washed later. Let's find some supplies in the bathroom."

He leads you one of the bathrooms nearby, and he goes to find some pads. He comes out of the cabinet to find four pads and some pain medicine. You take a pill and drank water with it, and he showed you how to use one of the pads. He reminds you to change the pad every few hours. You thank him for his help, and you went to your room. Then, Iggy and Lemmy walked in with their swimsuits on.

Iggy: "Hi, sis. The family is heading down to the beach in an hour. Are you coming with us?"

Y/n: "I'll think about it. I'll let you know in a while."

Lemmy: "Ok, Y/n. We'll be in the living room waiting for you."

Then they both left, and you were left upset. You couldn't go in the water because you just started your period, and you didn't feel comfortable with wearing a tampon. You went to Ludwig's room to talk to him.

Ludwig: "What's the matter, sis?"

Y/n: "The whole family is going to the beach, and I want to go to the beach too. But, I can't go in the water, and I don't like wearing tampons. I'll be the only one left out."

Ludwig: "Don't worry, Y/n. I'll tell the rest of your siblings about why you can't go in the water. Get changed in some black shorts and a tank top. It will get hot outside."

Y/n: "Ok. Thanks, Ludwig."

Ludwig: "You're welcome, my angel."

He kissed your cheek as you got changed in some black shorts and a tank top, and you applied sunscreen on yourself before going downstairs. You also grabbed a bag of some of your belongings to take with you. The rest of your family was waiting when you came downstairs. When you showed up, everyone packed up their stuff in the airship before leaving for the beach. When you all got there, you sat down underneath an umbrella and took out one of your adult coloring books to color in.

As you were busy coloring, you were feeling lonely since no one showed up to keep you company. You didn't notice a tear was trailing down your cheek as you were coloring in your book. Ludwig then showed up and sat down beside you.

Ludwig: "That looks beautiful, Y/n. You are such an artist."

Y/n: "Thanks, bro."

He notices the tear on your cheek, and gently wipes it away.

Ludwig: "Why are you upset?"

Y/n: "Everyone is in the water except me. I feel left out because it's my fault my period had to start today."

You felt more tears trailing down your cheek, and Ludwig wiped away your tears.

Ludwig: "This isn't your fault, Y/n. You can't control when your period starts because it randomly happens. I told the others about your situation, and they didn't want you to feel left out. They are going to hang out in the water for a bit, then they would come out and join you later."

He kissed your cheek and strokes it softly with his claws.

Ludwig: "Please don't cry, my angel. I'll keep you company while the others are in the water."

Y/n: "That's kind of you, Ludwig. Thank you."

Ludwig: "You're welcome."

So, he watches over you as you continue coloring in your book. After half an hour later, the rest of your siblings came out of the water to dry off and walked over to you.

Lemmy: "Hey, Y/n. Do you want to come and build sand castles with us?"

Y/n: "Sure, Lemmy. Let me put my stuff away first."

You put your supplies away and you went to build sand castles with your brothers. Ludwig was sitting in the shade watching you as you began building a large sand castle with Lemmy, as Larry and Iggy built their own castles.

Lemmy: "Sorry you can't come in the water, Y/n. You'll be able to come in the water when your period is finished."

Larry: "Hey, sis. Wanna play some volleyball when we're finished building sand castles?"

Y/n: "Sure, Larry."

He sets up the net as you and your brothers began to play some volleyball. After an hour later, it was time to leave the beach and head back to the castle. Once you headed back, you put away your stuff and went to get cleaned up in the bathroom. You were feeling tired from today, so you got changed in your pajamas. Before you wenr to sleep, you brushed your teeth and went to see Ludwig. As you approached his room, you see he was working on his newest symphony. You softly knocked on the door which got his attention.

Ludwig: "Hello, Y/n. Heading off to bed?"

Y/n: "Yeah. I just wanted to say goodnight to you first. Can I have a hug before I go back to my room?"

Ludwig: "Of course."

He spreads his arms as you walk over and give him a hug. He hugs you back and kissed your forehead.

Y/n: "I love you, Ludwig."

Ludwig: "I love you too, my angel. Goodnight."

You slowly pull out of the hug as you walk back to your room. You got underneath the covers and snuggled with your plushie as you drifted off to sleep.
