It was 3:30 am when your ring tone woke you up from your peaceful sleep. Not thinking twice you picked it up answering to your best friend , Sam.
"I will be over in ten." You heard him chuckle as he thanked you and turned off your phone. You changed into some jeans and a t-shirt cause it was summer and didn't think it would be that cold outside. Taking your phone and keys , you snuck out of the house carefully not to wake anyone up and headed over to the Holland's household.
Right on time Sam closed the front door and saw you coming his way. He still didn't understand why would you pick to be that late in the night with him and not sleeping. He smiled and jogged over to you. "Hey" you greeted walking faster towards him. "Hi. Sorry for waking you up. Again." he apologized taking you in a hug. You drew circles on his back shaking your head " I don't care. You know that if you need me then always call me no matter the time."
You two pulled away and headed in his car. You drove off to your favorite place which was a field of pink and purple flowers. It was magical. When you arrived you got out and opened the back of the car putting on some pillows and blankets. When everything were ready your layed down next to each other. It wasn't weird for the two of you to cuddle with each other or to sleep in the same bed. You were watching the view in front of you that was a cliff and the whole city was light up in front of us.
You looked over at Sam catching him staring at you. You smiled snuggling in his chest. "Are you comfy , baby?" he asked not realizing what he had called me. I looked up at him getting a little bit up. He soon realised. "I am sorry , I didn't mean to call you that ." His cheek flushed red.
"Why did you call me then?" you questioned looking at him. "I like you" he admitted looking away. Not thinking twice you grabbed his face pulling him in for a kiss. At first he froze but then melted in the kiss.
"I like you too." You cuddled up with him falling slowly asleep.
