hey! it looks like you've found my latest short story project :) i got really bored and had no inspiration for the books i'm supposed to be writing, so i wrote "alex and theodore" instead.

i've been writing so many sapphic one-shots that i felt like writing something mlm, and here we are...
an important note- i have neither attempted nor intended to glorify or romanticize issues that people face/negative biases! the opinions of characters in this story are not necessarily my own, especially those regarding sexuality, identity, race, and other unchangeable aspects of a person. i am queer, and a person of color, and i in no way mean to offend anyone about their own gender, sexuality, or ethnicity!
before you begin, know that this is pretty much just prose. it has a sort of lyrical poeticism to it, and it's not novel-like in the slightest. there's a lot of repetition throughout just for rhythmic purposes. it's meant to be a quick read that tears you up a little bit and then puts you back together again :3
