Chapter 5

Adam's POV

Her soft lips are on mine,until a car honk from the outside of her house,she jump from that couch and open the door and its her mom.

"Hey Mrs.Jones" I greeted.

"I told you earlier call me Anna." She smiled.

"Your home early."Alexis said.

"Yeah,it was very quick,because she have something to do." Her mom explained.

"I better get going its getting late."I told them with a smile.

"Okay."Anna respond.

Alexis didn't say a word,after I said bye,Alexis handed me my journal but didn't say a thing.

Alexis's POV

After Adam left I went to my room, I can't believe what just happened earlier I got my first kiss from a guy who I just known for less than a week,or let me just say A stranger I got my first kiss from a stranger.

"Alexis your so beautiful"  that thing he said earlier keep coming back to me.

(At school)

I was walking on the hallway alone because Julie didn't go to school today she said she's going with her boyfriends family on a vacation,I heard two people talking near the locker and I saw Adam with an unfamiliar girl.

"Why do you want to talk?"Adam ask.

"Look Adam I'm sorry about everything,I'm sorry for dumping you."She said while crying,But I think shes faking.

"Don't worry bout it"Adam said while walking away from here but the girl grab his hand and start kissing him,Adam kiss her back and I couldn't stand what I'm looking at I ran towards the garden, I don't know why but I just felt my tears running down my cheeks,I don't know why I'm so affected of what I saw,I wish Julie was hear.

Adam's POV

"Why do you want to talk?" I ask Lauren my ex girlfriend.

"Look Adam I'm sorry about everything,I'm sorry for dumping you."she said while crying.

"Don't worry bout it."I said as I walk away from her but she grab my hand and started kissing me,I kissed her back I don't know why I did that but I saw Alexis running.I push Lauren and go after Alexis but I couldn't find here.

"What have I done!" I whispered to myself.

"hey dude how's your girl?"Sam ask.

"Yeah how's your girl Alexis?"Ralph ask while eating his chips.

Sam and Raplh are my best friends they're the one who made the bet,if I win the bet they're both giving me 100$ and if I lose I'm going to give them 100$.

"Hmm I don't know."I respond.

"I think were winning dude we saw you kiss Lauren earlier" they laugh.

"I didn't kiss her,she kissed me."I explained.

"You kissed her back dude"Sam added.

"Whatever dudes,I need to go find Alexis."I said.

"Good luck dude."Ralph smirk

Alexis's POV

The last bell rang and I'm still thinking of what happened earlier,why would he even kiss me If he still love her.

"Alexis!"I turn around and its Adam,I was trying to walk as fast as I can but he catch up with me.

"What do you want?"I asked annoyed.

"My tutor sched for tonight?"he said.

"Okay"

"Let's go?" He ask.

"Im going to ride a bus."I said.

"No just ride with me."he insist.

"Didn't you hear me?I'm going to ride a bus and stop talking to me."I said angrily.

"Okay see you at 7."

(At my house)

I don't know why am I so mad at him,I don't have the rights to be mad,I'm not his girlfriend.I'm just a nerd who's tutoring him.

I hear the doorbell rang I went downstairs to open the door since no one else can open the door cause my mom is out of town.I was surprise when I saw Adam,Its still 6.

"Why are you here so early I'm not yet ready to tutor you."I said

"I'm not here early for my lessons,I'm here to talk to you." He said seriously

"Okay?"I answered confused.

"Alexis I have to tell you something

"He said while looking at me on a serious face.

"What is it?"I ask calmly.

"Look Alexis what you saw earlier was wrong, I don't like her anymore,I like someone else" I just look at him so he will continue

"I like you Alexis,I really do."
