In a world where Light is personified, a team of young adults are forced into a war they wanted no part of. As a revolutionary idealist fights to change the world, they leave our heroes with no other choice. They must fight to protect all life, no matter the cost.
It's my pleasure to announce my own original series! The White Light series is a dark fantasy trilogy that is still a work in progress. This story has been in the making for years and will primarily be a dark action fantasy with at least one romantic subplot.
Now, you might be wondering, "But Robin, what is dark fantasy?"
Dark fantasy is a of literary, artistic, and cinematic works that incorporate disturbing and frightening themes of fantasy. It often combines fantasy with elements of or has a gloomy dark tone or a sense of horror and dread.
My books won't be as brutal as other Dark Fantasy stories but still counts. And as the series moves forward, the more intense and dark the story will become.
Some things to expect for this series: Magic, Death, Fight Scenes, LGBTQ+ characters (including but not limited to gay and trans representation), Sci-fi elements, Steampunk elements, Classic fantasy elements, and more. I will post updates on what each book can be expected to have as they are being written.
This series will have a total of three books for the main plot. As I am writting this announcment, a few chapter of the first book are already written and ready to be posted. However, I will only post them once the entire book is finished.
