Now-
~Marinette's P.O.V.~

" You are joking right?" Alya asked me becoming dead serious. I just stared at her. Then Tikki put her hand on my shoulder and spoke "Mari we can do that and we will. And besides you are not the one asking for us to do it, it's our own choice."  Also they are not only your parents they are like parents for us too you know! We are BFF's since we were 7" Alya said pouting. Hearing those words brought a small smile to my face, and I slightly nodded at her statement.

"So I have 5 lakh and 4 lakhs. How much do you have Mari?" Tikki asked. "I have 4 lakhs but my parents have total 20 lakhs in their joint account, they saved just in case of emergency..." After completing the sentence I felt tears forming in my eyes. "Thats good then we have 33 lakhs in total. Wait here I will call my parents and ask them how much they can help" Alya said while going in the corner of the corridor and calling someone probably her parents. "I will call my parents too." Tikki said while walking to the other corner of the corridor.

I stood up from my chair walked towards the room my parents were in. I was about to cry when a thought crossed my mind.' I am 18 now so I can get a job.' the thought bought a small smile to my face. I decided that I will run the bakery and collect money for my parents surgery. Jagged asked me to design his album cover for his new album that was gonna release next month, that would help me with my money problems. My sad expressions were now replaced with the determined one.

"My parents said that they can help with 15 lakhs and Nino volunteered for 3 lakhs" Alya chimed practically jumping on me. "My parents can help us with around 16 while plagg volunteered to help with 3 lakh and 20 thousands." Tikki said with a huge grin on her face.

" So that means we have 70 lakh and 20 thousand-" and Tikki was interrupted by an over excited Alya "That's great!!" Alya said excitedly. "Yeah, thank you guys. What would I do without you" I said hugging them. On our way back to the house we discussed how we will run the bakery and ways to collect money togather.

Once we reached home we decided to bake some goods so that there won't be too much burden of our first day of opening the bakery. I was incharge of macaroons, while Tikki was incharge of the filling for macaroons and Alya was baking cookies. Once macaroons and cookies were done we decided to make cupcakes. We had a lot of fun baking togather, and I nearly forgot about my parents. After baking we were really tired to cook dinner so we decided that cup-noodles was the best option. After dinner we took turns in the shower and went to sleep.

NEXT MORNING
I woke up to the sound of my alarm beeping. I was about to hit the snooze button when I realised that today was the day we were going to open and run the bakery on our own without my parents help. I shot up from my bed wide awake. I looked around my room and saw that Alya and tikki were still asleep. I went to the bathroom and did my morning routine. Once I was all set for the new day which I knew was going to be tiering I stepped out of my bathroom I saw that my sleeping beauties were still drooling, meaning, Alya and Tikki were still sleeping. A smirk appeared on my face as an idea popped in my head.

"AAAHHH A RAT!!!" I screamed and they both shot up and literally flung on my bed hugging in eachother. "WHAT!?!?WHERE!?!?PLEASE DON'T TELL ME HE ATE MY PHONE!?!?!" Was Alya's reaction. "WHERE!?!?!IS IT HUGE!?!? DON'T TELL ME IT IS IN MY CLOSET?!?!?!?" Was Tikki's reaction, ( sorry couldn't help it I needed those reaction to satisfy my soul) but they stopped screaming and freaking out when they saw me laughing my head of while clutching the side of my stomach. Then realisation hit them and they both glared at me. But I was still laughing. What? I couldn't  help it, their faces were priceless.

Then Tikki smirked at me but I didn't notice I was too busy laughing and said "LOOK A COCKROACH!!!"she exclaimed and as soon as the words reached my ears I literally jumped into Alya's arms and hugged her,then I heard Tikki laughing and Alya shaking with laughter. That's when I realised that she played my trick on me. I jumped out of Alya's arms and pouted "Haha, very funny you two" I said with scarcaism.

"W-what?...you..were the one...who...started it.." Alya said in between laughters while trying to catch her breath. I playfully rolled my eye and said "Ok, fair enough." When they were finally calmed down from laughing I said in quite a serious tone "Ok guys that's enough, we also need to open the bakery, remember?" "Oh, yes. We remember" they said in unison.

"Also get ready quickly while I make breakfast, because we need bake some crissonts 🥐🥐and cakes and open the bakery." I said while reaching for trapdoor to head downstairs. "Yes Ma'am" they said, I rolled my eyes and headed downstairs.

The day went by and the bakery was packed with customers. Alya was working in the kitchen and was handling the packaging for those who wanted a parcel to take the goods and pastries home. Tikki was taking the orders and serving the customers and also giving a hand to Alya in packaging when she was busy in bakery kitchen or baking if needed. I was handling the cash counter and helping Alya and tikki whenever needed.

By the end of the day when the bakery was closed, we were exhausted. After dinner we sat in a circle, well technically we formed a triangle as we were only three
