Music boomed from the house as the cluster of teens grew larger, hotter, and suffocating. Lights spiraled against every corner, every wall, dizzying the drunken dancers as they swirled around one another, either singing with the music or screaming to their heart’s delight.

A pair of dancers were specifically having the time of their lives, their smiles radiating joy and a certain hint of flirt as they danced along with the music’s rhythm.

Beomgyu grabbed Yeonjun’s hand and swirled him around before pulling Yeonjun close to him, their bodies pressing against one another in unison, their faces inches away.

Right at this moment, Yeonjun felt a small shiver run down his body. He gulped, not expecting to be feeling as joyous as he did, especially with the way in which Beomgyu outmatched his perfection in dancing. Yeonjun gulped, he’d expected the little rat to be more like a stiff straw than anything else when he’d invited him to dance. . .

Was he regretting it now? If he answered truthfully; no. No, he didn’t.

He’d never admit that, obviously.

“Well, I can’t say I’m not impressed.” Yeonjun suddenly let out, his tone playful as he laughed. “You’re not too bad.” His eyes were half lidded and his cheeks were redder than the a cherry’s crimson skin, but Beomgyu couldn’t notice this as he was. . . Well, too drunk to do so.

Beomgy couldn’t help but to go along, his brow arching. “I think you’re not too bad either.” He then placed his hands along Yeonjun’s frame when the pink-haired boy moved his hips against him, making Beomgyu feel every little movement done by Yeonjun as the music grew louder, and as the tightness in his pants grew tighter.

Yeonjun seemed to catch on to this, so he leaned against Beomgyu. His back was now pressing against Beomgyu’s chest as his lips were now centimeters away from Beomgyu, clearly teasing the poor guy as they continued to get lost between the rhythms and the beats of the song playing.

However, even if Beomgyu felt like a crazy bitch at the moment, Yeonjun’s flirty tactics were too much for him to take on. So, unlike any other person Yeonjun’s been with, Beomgyu shied away from Yeonjun’s plum lips by turning his face away in a discreet sort of  manner.

And as if they hadn’t noticed, there were a few watchful eyes that witnessed the scene, their gazes glazed with a bit of confusion despite the great interest pooling inside their orbs as the spectators whistled and cheered at the two as they danced together.

And as the attention grew, Yeonjun moved away from Beomgyu and faced him. He placed his hand on his dance partner’s shoulder, looked at him dead in the eye and dropped to the floor, his hands slapping his thighs on beat. It was a scene performed with such grace and care that would make an exotic dance cry with pride.

The crowd grew wild and Beomgyu burst out laughing, lifting a fist to also cheer when Yeonjun began to shake his ass with no shame whatsoever.

The night continued and the music raged on. The two lover boys continued to stick to one another like magnets. . . Which was extremely odd to them to say the least. Because even if they were drunk, they were still convinced that they were two polar opposites. I mean yeah, they did feel a simple physical attraction whenever they made eye contact during class or during passing time, but apart from that, they couldn’t stand one another. They never got along despite trying for a few times. . . Whixh had often ended miserably wrong.

However, everything about this night felt so goddamn right to them.  And because they both felt a certain repressed sentiment, it didn't matter where they happened to be or with who they were with, the two would always somehow find a way to locate one another. The stares, the mild teasing, the fastened beatings of their hearts. . . They truly liked each other whether they would admit it or not. Yes, it was a sentiment that was hard to swallow, but a sentiment that existed and that had always been there from the moment they first locked eyes back to when they were little.
