Do you ever feel a slight ringing in your ear and then something really weird happens? It happened to me the next day. We parked in a field by a beach. I went into the water with all my clothes on. I stayed dry the entire time. I could breathe the water and open my eyes. I swam in the nice refreshing water as waves formed around me. "Quit playing mermaid North we have to go." West shouted from the beach. I didn't know until then that I swam out really far. "Oh have a little fun will ya?" I heard East say to West. "Fine I will." West said smirking and touching East on the shoulder. "OWWWW!!" East yelled. West burned her. I watched in amazement as the smoke rose up and swirled around her. Eventually the smoke was patched on her burn and healed in a split second. "Show off." West mumbled. "Be nice!" I shouted at West and playfully squirted her with drops of water. Her body sizzled where the drops landed and she winced. "Oops." I said feeling bad that I couldn't really even touch West in power form. I felt a slight ringing in my ear, and not because of the water. Something wasn't right. All of a sudden a 50 foot tall and wide wave started forming. A red flag rose up and everyone started to panic and evacuate. The only people that weren't gone were my family and I. Even the lifeguard left us. The jerk wouldn't even check to see if anyone was in the water. So I checked. There was something. A GIANT WAVE!!! I thought I would be fine because normal waves just go through me without pushing me down. I started to walk back to shore. In water, I can walk like a normal person. I'm kinda like Percy Jackson whom I love. But instead of going through me, it hit me. I face planted onto the sea floor. It hurt. I could hear my mom and sister scream for me. I felt a hand grab mine. It yanked me up. I thought it was East because she could fly. Nope. It was some strange man with thick black hair. He had a cold look. He was standing on the waves and controlling them. "Thank you!" I said reluctantly. "Oh please." The man said while tossing me ashore. "NORTH!!" South screamed!. The man came ashore. "Well hello Sierra. It's nice to see you again." Sierra turned bright red. "So you're back Malden aren't you." She looked like she wanted to knock him dead. "Oh yes I am back. Oh look at the girls. It has been 16 years too many." Malden said with an evil smile. "More like not enough." Sierra grumbled. "Um Sierra? Who is this?" South asked. "This is the man who tried to kill you. This is Malden. This is.... your....dad."
