Chapter 12- Getting Back Together

Its been a month since you and Mikey got back together.
He becames more and more clingy than the last time. He doesn't want you leaving his side when you go out with him and you have to update him about literally everything you are and will be doing.

Today, he invited you to the bowling alley. When both if you arrived there. You were shocked to find almost everyone there.. Your brother and hina, emma and draken and all the division leader and VP. They are staring at the two of you. Mikey held your hand so you wont feel intimidated.

While playing bowling you sit beside emma and hina. The boys are having fun competing at each other.

You decided to buy some soft drinks at the bowling food court. While ordering some food and softdrinks. A tall guy suddenly put his hands around your shoulder that starled you.

He leaned in and asked for your number. You feel annoyed and brush his hands off you. He was about to grab you but his hands was stopped by Mikey. He grip that guys hands until it was now turning light purple. He manage to get off of Mikey's gripped and run away. After that you look at Mikey, he was a bit angry.

"i told you to never leave my side didnt i?" he said angrily.

" im sorry mikey, i just wanted to buy us some drinks. Please dont get mad." you apologetically said.

He signed. " dont do it again, you scared me".

He drived you home and when both of you arrived at the front of your house, you saw your dad's car. He must be home.

You kissed mikey and thanked him. Telling him you had fun, as always he had that cute smile on his face.

You wave goodbye and told him to text you when he got home.

You quickly enter the house and run to the kitchen dining and see your dad drinking coffee.. You rushed towards him and kissed him in the cheeks. " welcome home daddy." you said cheerfully.

You are his favorite. While takimitchy is your mother favorite.

You were talking to your father the whole night when the conversation got a little serious and he mentioned Mikey to you.

" So you are dating a delinquent?, that is not good for your future.. It might ruin your study." He said while looking at his news paper.

"but dad i love him so much!" you responded.

" Your mother said you are still on the top 3 on the deans lister. Im proud, But i cant accept Mikey as your boyfriend. I can already foresee your future". Your dad added.

" he is a good person dad, believe me." You said while looking down.

" okay, lets have a deal! If you raised your ranking this final exam i will reconsider Mikey as your boyfriend." he looked at you seriously.

you looked down thinking if you could do it. The top 2 and 1st place was incredibly smart..not just smart but genius.

Every exam there are school rankings every year level. Top 20 students get a good impression for college application. They will graduate with honors and awards.

It took you 5 minutes to anwer back. " Okay! Ill do it, please be a man of your words dad..! " You were serious but then smiled at him and give him a kiss on the cheek again, you can never hate that guy. He is the number 1 guy on your life. Mikey is number 2 for now. 😂😉.

Takemichi was listening at the kitchen and doubting you can beat those top 1 and top 2 ranking.. But still he wants to support you. Beacuse you are doing it for Mikey.

Mikey and you never went on a date for this past 2 weeks.you still have another 2 weeks to study and review for the exam. Obviously, you didnt tell him about the deal with your dad. He is clueless

He called you every night to invite you for a stroll but you always refuse and changing the subject. You denied his request a few times now. He feels like there is something suspicious about you.

You again receive a call from Mikey.

"ahm. hey.. Love♥️" you said cheerfully.

" im outside" he said then hang up the call.

You quickly ran to the main door and towards Mikey.

You hugged him but he is not hugging you back. You wonders on his cold gestures.

You put your hands to his cheeks to make him look at you. He is still refusing to look at you cause he knows it would make him soft.

You then lean closer to kiss his cheeks and still no response.. You teasingly kissed him from his cheeks down to his neck.. He shivers and finally give up.

He hold both side of your shoulder to make you look at him. "Tell me whats going on?" he said.

" Nothing, what do you mean? Im just busy studying thats all. The finals is on the next 2 weeks" you said.

He narrow his eyebrows. "then why are you avoiding me? If you want to study come to my house so you can spend time with me too." he pouted.

He is too cute when he does that. You just wanna swallow him whole. 😁

You signed and finally agreed. Mikey on the other hand was so happy,  he kissed you several times before leaving.

" so ill pick you up tomorrow? " he said cheerfully.

"yes love" you nod at him.

Mikey for you was a big distraction, if  your around him you cant stop yourself from looking at him and admiring him but you know that you need to control yourself now.

You been studying at mikey's house for a week now. He is making you hot choco and buying you dorayaki.

You are very stressed thinking you need to surpassed those two genius. Getting in top 2 is heaven for you.

Mikey enjoys your presence, he will cuddle you while you study and sometimes fall asleep on you lap.

Mikey was very patience and supportive with you. He knows he cannot help you with studying so he just stay quiet and play with your hair like a behave little kid. You love that side of him.

Now, only 2 days before the finals. You were on mikeys house. It was 3pm in the afternoon and its saturday. Monday would be the big day.

You were feeling so nervous and scared at the same time. You really loved mikey so you decided to keep studying the whole night too on those past few days.

Mikey notice you looked so exhausted and drained. He went closer to you and kissed your cheeks. " Do you want to take a nap?" he asked you.

You shrugged your head and continue reading. He ask you again.. " Tell me, Why are you doing this?, you were never like this before when it comes to studying."

You cant tell him your reason, he might blame himself if he knew. That would not go well. You decided to keep it to your self.  " nothing, i just felt like i needed to go extra mile" you lied.

He sure looks like he doesn't believe you. He is thinking on asking your brother about it. Maybe he had an idea.
