CyrusI was awoken by Jedrek tapping on my shoulder. I rubbed the sleep from my eyes as I looked up to see people exiting the plane. I forgot I was even on it.
"We are here?!" I said as I hopped up excitedly. I glanced to the window to see that it's dark as fuck outside.
"It's one in the morning right now. A few of the guys' guards are coming to pick us up. Heard he's currently busy right now." Jedrek said as we stepped down the steps with our suitcases.
"Who the fuck works at one in the morning?" I mumbled as we walked across the airport where a black similar SUV sat. Almost every mafia has an SUV, if not one, then more. Maybe this person is part of the mafia? Well they have to be since my dad obviously sent me to them.
The driver stepped out and bowed towards us.
"Hello, I'm Sir Gerald. I'll be your driver to the mansion. I hope you guys enjoy your stay. Master Leonardo is expecting you guys so hurry get in." He smiled before getting back into the driver's seat.
Jedrek took the front seat and I had to take the back seat like always.
"Who is this Master Leonardo guy?" I asked while buckling and setting my bag down.
"Master Leonardo is a mafia boss. A lot of mafias work for him and mafia parents send their kids to him for training." Gerald said making me shocked. So I'm basically here to train? Is that all?
"So I'm only here to train?" I asked. Gerald chuckled and shook his head.
"Yes, but you're also here to be put in your place. Supposedly you don't listen to anyone at all and go back on your word. Master will surely change you." He said as he drove. I wanted to laugh but that would be rude of me. So I laughed anyway.
"You might be laughing now, Mr.Rosemond but not a single person has left this place unchanged. You're about to witness what happens in the biggest and most dangerous mafia. Prepare yourself." He said as he took a left turn down a large forest road.
Okay maybe I was a little scared. Just a little.
It felt like an hour on this stupid forest road until a huge mansion came into view. I stared at it in awe and the gate around it. There were men in black bulletproof suits and guns in their hands. They also wore black gloves and a mask to cover their identity.
Maybe I'm more scared now.
Gerald and a guard spoke to each other quietly while doing hand gestures until the guard opened the gate. It creaked open like an old rusty gate but it was beautiful.
As Gerald drove in, he parked the car a few feet away from the steps that enter the mansion.
"Master will like both of you to meet in his office right away. A few maids will come out and take your suitcases to your bedrooms. Please follow me." Gerald said while getting out. Jedrek and I opened our doors before stepping out.
He could've warned me that he walks as if there's no tomorrow. Sonic who?
When Jedrek and I finally reached him, he had his hand on the door knob before turning it and walking inside. When I stepped in my jaw dropped. It's nothing compared to the colors outside. Everything seemed to be in greys, black and white. It was honestly very pretty and cozy to me at least. But I felt even more emo than I already am.
"Come along." Gerald said while walking up a double way staircase. I followed him as Jedrek followed me. We silently walked down a hall, occasionally passing by maids that didn't bother to glance our way as they continued their business.
"Here we are. I highly suggest being respectful to be on his good side." Gerald said before knocking. Shuffling was heard before a deep voice echoed from the other side.
"Come in."
Gerald opened the door before walking in. I took a few minutes to gather myself before following suit. When I stepped in, I was shot with the most fantastic smell ever. It smelt like chocolate covered strawberries with extra sugar. When I finally opened my eyes I was met with probably the most hottest guy in the entire universe. I'm not gay but damn, he can take me anywhere in this house.
"Whenever you're done staring I'd like to discuss some rules." He said as he evened out his papers before sliding them into a file. He then grabbed another file and opened it.
"Of course there's rules." I mumbled while rolling my eyes. I took a seat in front of his while Gerald stood in front of the door and Jedrek behind me.
"I'm now your guardian, Cyrus Rosemond. I have all the paper work and your birth certificate right here. It's only temporary until you learn to be a man." He said while pulling out papers and a birth certificate.
"The rules are very simple. Follow them and you'll be rewarded. Understood?" He said making me roll my eyes with a nod.
"Rule number one. Do not do anything without my permission."
"Rule number two. Do not smoke anywhere on this property. I despise the smell of cigarettes and such. If you smell like it I'll have you take a shower and have no dinner."
"Isn't that-"
"Rule number three. Do not speak when someone else is speaking. Don't speak without permission either when at meetings."
"But-"
"Rule number four. Always make it on time for training or any exercise. I like it when my men are on time and ready to go not lying in bed daydreaming."
"Rule number five. Do not eat sweets without asking or without any permission. I'm not going to watch over an eighteen year old who can't fucking ask to have something."
"Rule number six. When someone asks you something be respectful and honest. When at meetings and you feel the need to lie about something personal to someone you may but only if you're uncomfortable with the subject."
"Rule number seven. Be honest with me. The more you're honest the more I can possibly help whatever is going on inside that head of yours."
"Rule number eight. I hope you have money because I will NOT buy you things until you show what I want to see."
"Rule number nine. Bring any girl or guy here and I'll have them killed instantly. I don't like people knowing where I live and what I do. I'm sure you understand that considering your parents are mafia leaders and drug dealers."
"Rule number ten. Be respectful to everyone in this mansion. I don't like disobedient little kids."
"Is that alllllllll." I groaned while listening to everything.
"You already broke two rules. Wanna keep going?" He said. His voice getting dangerously low. I shook my head.
"Good. Now onto Consequences."
CONSEQUENCES. Is he going to talk all fucking day?
