A Twist of Fate || Tommy x Reader (HIATUS)

Aaron burst through my door, breaking me out of my haze.  I spun around in my desk chair.  

"Do you need something?"  I asked him, bringing a spoonful of cereal up to my mouth.

"I-I love you y/n."  

"Aww, I love you too!"  I said.  Taking another bite of my cereal.  "Is that all you needed to tell me?"  I asked.

"No I mean I'm in love with you."  He told me.

My spoon froze halfway to my mouth.  "What?"  I asked.  "Is this some kind of sick joke?  Cause if it is, it's not funny."  I said as I put my bowl on my desk and crossed my arms.

"No it's not a joke.  How could you think I would joke about this?"  He asked me.  He looked genuinely serious.  "Because, Aaron you joke about crap like that all the time!"  I said, standing up when I said his name.

"That's the thing!  None of it is a joke!  I'm in love with you!"  He yelled.  

I shook my head.  "I told you, I don't have those types of feelings for you anymore."  

"I want you to be happy, and you can be happy with me!"  He told me.

I couldn't deal with this right now.  I sighed.  "Aaron.  You are my best friend, and nothing can change that.  But if you really wanted me to be happy, you would have left this alone.  I'm already so confused with everything that's been going on, with the trip, Drista being here, and you literally forcing me to tell you how I felt, or used to feel.  You've handled this really horribly."  I told him.  

I was surprised my voice wasn't as shaky as I felt.  "I really am not ready for a relationship right now.  I need you to know that." I took a step closer to him, as he took a step back.

"I bet if Tommy said the same thing I did, you'd go running into his arms."  He told me.  

My jaw dropped.  "Is that what this is about?  You're jealous that I've made other friends that aren't you, so you go and confess these feelings for me and get upset that I don't return them?  That is so messed up dude."  

"What did you expect me to do y/n?  You said you had feelings for me and I couldn't get you out of my head.  I need you to know that, because you mean so much to me!"  I couldn't keep my voice calm any more.  

"So you thought that it was okay, to barge into my room, express these feelings that you have for me, say you just want me to be happy, and then accuse me of having feelings for someone I just met?  What is wrong with you Aaron?  Are you really that self conscious about who I'm friends with or who I talk to that you have to storm into my room and gaslight me into thinking I still have feelings for you?"  At this point, both Clay and Drista were standing in the doorway.

"I don't know what possessed you to think that that could be okay.  Just get out of my room.  I don't want to look at you right now."

"Y/n..."  He started.  "NO!  GET OUT OF MY FUCKING ROOM AARON!"  I screamed at him.  I saw him flinch at my outburst.  I pointed to my door.  "OUT!"  There were tears in my eyes as I watched him turn and slowly walk out of my room.  I felt a tear fall as I sat back down at my desk.

"Y/n?  Are you okay?"  Drista asked me as she walked over and kneeled next to me, putting a hand on my leg.  I shook my head.  "I don't really want to talk about it right now Dris.  I just need to be alone right now."  She stood back up.  

"Okay.  Do you want some ramen?  I can make you some."  She asked me.  "Sure.  Thanks Dris."  I said.  I looked at Clay and he gave me a sympathetic smile.  "He'll come around kiddo.  Don't worry about him, he's just a little confused."  He told me.  I nodded.  "Thanks Clay."  

I spun back around in my chair, facing my desk.  I heard my siblings' footsteps leave my room and the door close.  I put my head in my hands and sighed.  I looked at my phone and realised that it was almost 10 o'clock, which was normally the time that I would stream.  I decided that I wanted to stream so I booted up my computer and opened twitch.  I put the starting soon page up on twitch and opened twitter on my phone.

I closed out twitter and went back to twitch.  I had turned on my stream music and got my game ready on my screen.  

I started humming along to my music as I opened discord on my second monitor, just in case anyone was active.  At that moment, no one was so I just clicked back over to twitch on my third monitor and took the starting soon screen off of my screen.

"What is up chat?"  I asked.  My voice was still a little raspy from yelling at Aaron but I chose to ignore it.  

dankness32:  Are you okay?  You're voice sounds different.

"Yes... dankness32?  I am completely fine, just a little sore throat. Thank you for the $5 though."  as if on cue, my sister walked in with a bowl of ramen.   "And here is Drista with my soup, chat.  I'm all good.  Thank you!  Do you wanna say hi to chat Dris?"  

She grabbed my mic and shouted into it.  "HI CHAT! Yes, the queen has arrived.  Okay imma dip.  Enjoy the ramen my sweet sister."  She blew a kiss at me and walked out of the room.  

I laughed.  "She's not actually that nice to me chat.  Today was just a rough day so she's being slightly less mean."  

I looked at chat and almost every single person was spamming 'what happened?'  

"It was just a weird day.  That's all I will say."  I said, while opening hypixel and getting onto sky wars.

Hey Y'all  A bit of a shorter chapter but I just wanted to add some extra stuff in there.   The trip is planned for the next chapter so I should be getting that out tomorrow.  

I wrote this chapter watching Ranboo's stream from today.  It was so chaotic like my head is full of questions.  N e ways, Thank you for 50 reads!  I'm so grateful!
