Part 32:

Logan POV:

I think I am going to fall asleep.

The doctors have been with Lili for an hour. I have no idea what is going on, I am getting nervous. The baby is all I can think about apart from Lili. Nurses keep asking me to sit or drink or eat but I ignore them. I can't sit down and do nothing that would make it much worse.

I paced the waiting room anxiously, Zoe and Alfie were sitting down chatting trying to get me to but I would not. "Logan?" A red haired nurse asked. I span around and looked at her face to see if she was bringing good or bad news. "Lili is perfectly fine, she just stressed herself into a panic attack" she said "The baby is fine as well."

I sighed in relief. "We are about to do a scan of the baby and you can join us if you like." She said ushering down the corridor. I followed her and shook with nerves. I am just about to see my baby. MY BABY. OMG totally creaking out right now.

As I walked into the room I saw Lili sitting in a chair looking at the floor, shaking. I go up to her and hug her "Lili!" I said kissing her head "Your okay!" She nodded and smiled at me. "Ready?" The Nurse said, she pressed a button and Lili's chair back fell until she was laying almost flat. The Nurse lifted up her top and placed see-through jelly on Lili's stomach.

"How many weeks along are you?" The Nurse asked. I looked at Lili "About 9-10 weeks." Lili replied looking at the screen. The Nurse placed the scanner on Lili's growing stomach and looked at the screen "There you go, that's your baby." She said pointing at a splodge on the screen. Lili was actually crying. "It is to early to tell the sex yet"

I left the hospital holding Lili's hand. I think we were both in shock. We drive back home and walked in the front door, Alfie and Zoe had left a note saying they had gone out for a while. I sat on the sofa whilst Lili made some tea.

We are having this baby.
