BLOODSHED.

That was all she could witness in the vivid vision that played repeatedly in her resting mind. Man, Woman, children being slaughtered everywhere. Hogwarts was destroyed. People were dying. Her friends were dying. There was a battle being fought between the two sides.

War.

A war where hundreds of lives were about to be lost.

A war was coming and she knew it. She was certain now. The feelings and the visions were stronger than ever.

"Hey, hey! Marena!" Norah lowly yelled as she shook her. She inhaled as much air as possible as she was pulled back from the vision. "Are you alright? What's happening?" Norah's worried voice asked. Marena slowly regained her senses and looked around her only to find her peers staring at her, some with worried face, some with a frightened expression.

"I'm fine." She gulped. Lie. She was anything but fine. Her head was throbbing with pain as if it could split in two right this instant, her eyes felt like they wanted nothing more to close themselves, her body was shaking with fear; from the vision that stroke the triggering alarm in her mind.

She knew what she had to do. She had to see him. She had to warn him.

But would he even believe her?

He has to believe her. The visions were getting worse. She was now certain that whatever she saw and felt were the things that were about to come.

At first they were only light dreams which later turned into nightmares that occurred once or twice a week but gradually it became an everyday routine which eventually made her her give up sleep. But now she could feel it whatever she used to see as visions and sometimes see it too. For example now.

"I have to leave." She said more to herself. "What! Why? Don't you feel well?" Nora bombarded her with question, she ignored her. "Professor!" She raised her hand. "Yes?" Snape's cold voice asked as he started at her, as if he knew what exactly was happening. "I have to go." She said and hoped that he would understand and he did for he gave a curt nod in approval.

She stared at the black lake aimlessly as a flower hovered over her. Her mind was filled with all sorts of worries. And most of all fear. The calmness of the black lake wasn't even helping her anymore whereas it used to calm her every time she had such visions or dreams.

She sighed and pointed a finger at the flower and brought it to her.

"I can never understand how you can do wandless and non-verbal magic so easily." An amused voice caught her attention and she turned her head over her shoulder, only to see a familiar dark haired boy with round glasses walking towards her with a warm smile.

A smile automatically made its way across her lips. "Harry!" She greeted him. "Marena. I was beginning to worry that you had forgot me." Harry Potter mocked with a small laugh as he sat down beside her in the grass. "Me and forget you? She scoffed. "Never." She grinned.

"How are you?" She asked and again raised the black rose in her hand in the air. Harry started at the black rose as it rose in the air with just a wave of her hand in amusement. "I have been well. I hope you have been too." He smiled.

"I have. I'm sorry I didn't caught up with you in the train or at the feast. I was just so tired." She quickly apologized to her best-friend. Even though she was a Slytherin and Harry Potter was a Gryffindor, they were great friends. How you might ask? Well it started with their potions class. They were partnered for a project in third year and since then they have bonded quite well. Another thing that made them bond was that their visions, Harry too had the same nightmares but just different scenarios. Harry made her happy more than anyone else and she made him smile often.
