It had been a stressful day for proto-12. Especially after being recently resurrected, having no idea where or who he was. His ghost, Sean having just as little clue as he did, but he had finally arrived at the tower, his ship virtually close to combusting just from landing alone. He limps his way past Amanda who notices his tattered armour.
"Hey! New guy!" She shouts to him, he reluctantly turns looking towards her.
"Y-yeah?" He asked, voice low in volume in hopes she might not hear him and let him go. He just wanted take a break. Hopefully she doesn't ask him to do anything else.
"You just get here? You want me to take a look at your ship for ya?" She asked with a tilt of her head and a gentle smile on her lips. Proto groans, shoulders pushing upward while his head fell forward.
"You can take it and throw it into the deepest hole you can find. It felt like that thing was gonna explode from a feather falling on it" he pulled his helmet off his head, bashed and dented from the rough ride.
"Understandable.. I'll fix you up something that you'll enjoy flying" he shrugs.
"Sure.. Whatever.." before he heads towards the hanger exit, his injured leg causing a limp in his leg. With all the stress he was experiencing from that day, he chose not to focus on his surroundings, instead sifting through his own head to try and remember something about what happened. Since he was stuck in his own head, he rounded a corner and ran face first into someone. The shock pulled him from his head. He stumbled backwards, unable to regain his footing. Proto hit the low banister, tumbling over it with clothing wrapping around him and wind pushing against his body. He hit the level below with a hard thud, body going limp with the crater below cracking from the impact. Sean flew down, hovering over him as it revived him. He was returned to the walkway above. The hunter whom which he'd walked into, chuckled to herself.
"Sorry about that. You should really be watching where you walk" Proto chuckled lowly, still recovering from the experience of dying and then being brought back.
"Y-yeah..Sorry" he lifted one hand up, rubbing the back of his head in embarrassment.
"Don't worry about it. Guardians fall off the tower all the time, think of it as a rite of passage you can't be a guardian if you don't fall off the tower at least once, we all learn the hard way" she said, smiling wide and skin glowing in the dim walkway lights. Proto couldn't seem to take his eyes off her.
"I..Yeah. Yeah..Heh. I guess you're right. Come to think of it, it was kinda fun" the hunters ghost floats out, shifting about.
"Vela, we should hurry before Dex realises we're gone" the hunter nods In agreement. She puts her helmet on and pulls the hood of her cape up.
"I'll see you around new guy. Oh and uh..Word of advice, clean up. You might want to find some new armour" She gently punches his shoulder before jogging off towards the hanger.
"She was...pretty. Who was she?" proto asked, leaning against the walkway banister again.
"I've been here a few times. That was Vela. She's an awoken hunter though I don't know much about her" Sean spoke out. "Hm, well I'd like to know her more. I just hope she wants to do the same" he sighed, making his way into the the tower courtyard. He was about to sit and rest when he heard someone call out to him.
"Hey! You! Titan! Come here" he was confused at first not quite realising that he was a Titan or that he was the one being addressed.
"Wait.. Who?" Sean speaks up again.
"I think he's talking to you" Proto quickly stands, looking at whoever called him. A tall warlock in rusted fallen style armour. He walked over confused.
