"Oh there's Neville!" Pomona said, waving him in the transfiguration classroom.

Neville stepped into the classroom and took a seat at the table that had be pushed into the classroom.

"What do you have there?" Irma said, pointing to the plate Neville had set on the table.

"Oh, my gran baked cookies! They're oatmeal raisin," he explained.

As he was saying this, Poppy walked into the room.

"Oatmeal raisin cookies? My favorite!" she said.

Pomona rubbed her hands together, everyone could tell she was ready for the gossip!

Sure enough, she said, "Now that we are all here... it's time to spill the tea!"

As if on cue, Neville knocked his teacup onto the floor.

"Whoops.." Neville muttered, bending over to pick it up.

"That's not quite what I meant," Pomona laughed, and so did Neville.

Minerva poured him another cup of tea. (Which was Earl Grey this time.)

"I have more information on Harry and Draco, if you want it," Neville said.

"Of course I want it!" Pomona exclaimed.

"Well, Draco sat at the Gryffindor table this morning. He also spent the night in our dorm," Neville explained.

"Ooooh! So they are being more open!" Irma figured happily.

"I'm just glad I don't have to deal with any 'we're enemies' stuff anymore!" Minerva said.

"Mmm!" Irma said, swallowing her tea,"I saw two students kissing in the library again! We really should put some signs up or something."

"Who?" Pomona asked.

"I think it was Finch-Fletchly and Macmillan."

"Oh! Don't worry, I'll get onto them about that. Kids were complaining about them snogging in the common room, and I guess they moved to the library!" Pomona chuckled.

"Yeah, people are always kissing in our common room and dorms too," Neville said, "Seamus and Dean usually just ask if they can have the dorm for the afternoon if they want to do something."

"Aww! They are such a cute couple!" Poppy exclaimed admiringly.

"I remember back in their second year they held hands under the desk," Minerva said.

"They did that in my class too!" Pomona added.

Poppy reached for one of Neville's Gran's cookies.

"How many of those have you had?" Pomona asked her.

"Like three," Poppy admitted, "but I haven't had any sweets all week, I deserve it."

"I'll tell my gran that you liked her cookies," Neville said.

"You do that! And tell her to send me some more," Poppy said with a wink.

Minerva checked her watch.

"I'm so sorry ladies and Neville, but Hermione Granger is supposed to meet with me soon to discuss extra credit, so I'm afraid we will have to end the meeting," she said.

They all cleaned up and waved goodbye. (Poppy stole the rest of the oatmeal raisin cookies.)
