Recap of Previous part: The starlight mayhem concert started, and it had gone bad. Everything was being sabotaged and destroyed along with Cyclops trying to kill Y/N. Cassandra admitted that Cyclops wasn't part of the plan and stopped him. Everyone came home safe now.
———————————Y/N POV———————————

I walked home now alone. Walking home felt longer than usual. Probably because I had to leave my friends at their houses.

"You cold?" Someone said behind me. I turned and saw Cassandra, walking along side with me. "Weren't you going with your group?" I asked. "No, I decided to go on my own and saw you alone walking." She said.

"You still never answered the question about why you've been ignoring me." Cassandra told me. "It's because of Cyclops. Hanzou told me he'd kill you if you stopped him, but I think Cyclops had already changed his mind." I told her, and continued walking. She followed along. "You know, it's almost Halloween." Cassandra said to me. "Yeah, I know that." I responded, crossing my arms.

"Are you mad at me?" She asked. "Obviously. Why would you plan to sabotage a concert when two of my friends are participating in it. They could've gotten hurt." I said. "The plan wasn't to kill everyone, it was to scare them a bit. Plus, it was a while since I've done something fun." Cassandra said, putting her hand on my shoulder and thinking.

"Yeah, whatever." I responded, now walking faster. "Okay, fine, I'm sorry." She said, trying to keep up with me. I decided to be nice and slow down. We kept walking, almost close to my house. "Are you gonna keep following me until I get to my house or what?" I told her making my voice a bit louder.

"I came here with you for something, but I forgot what. Let me remember." She said, once again going back to thinking. Cassandra then grabbed my hand and stopped me. I looked at her confused. "What?" I said.

"I know you have a crush on me, Y/N. If you said no, you would've just killed me back there in the concert." She said. "Just because I spared you, doesn't mean I have a crush on you." I responded, rolling my eyes. She still again, kissed me. I didn't do anything about it this time.

She then stopped and smiled. "See? You do have a crush on me, idiot." Cassandra told me. I stayed silent, blushing. "See you tomorrow, love." She said, laughing and walked away. I just walked back home without saying or thinking a single thing.
