Falling weak or rising strong?

Hearing kabir name vansh stumbled, before the doc could say anything the nurse brought riddhima reports, one look at it and doc said,
D: mr rai singhania, i suggest you all move to my cabin so that i can explain you your wife condition.
Angre supported vansh and took him to the cabin.
Vansh seemed not in his senses, the fact that riddhima was chanting kabir name was killing him.
But her health mattered the most.
D; mr rai singhania as i said that your wife had an head injury , her reports show that she might be suffering from amnesia. I will have to talk to her and know how much she remembers about her life then only i can say anything further.
Vansh felt as if his world came crashing down. His riddhima is suffering from memory loss. She was calling kabir name. Does it mean she doesn't remember me? Did she forget me?
What game is destiny playing with him. Few days ago he refused to recognise her stating that he had never ever met her in his whole life and now she might have actually forgotten that she had met me, married me and fell in love with me only to leave me because of my betrayal. Yes, it was a betrayal. He the VANSH RAI SINGHANIA who always said that he hated betrayal and betrayers is himself a big betrayer . He was the one who left his wife alone in a far away resort, announced another women as his wife infront of his real wife, burnt her belongings and broke her to such extent that she decided to leave me. I am a monster. Riddhima was right when she called me a haiwan, dare i say, i was even worse. He was brought out of his thoughts when the
Nurse came and said that the patient was conscious. Vansh rushed to her room, opening it, he sighed a breath of relief seeing her conscious and sitting on the bed pouting rubbing her head.
Seeing me her pout turned into a frown. Did she not recognise me? Am i not a part of her memory anymore.
Vansh swore if she asked him who he was, he would die then and there.
Damn it, this feeling of pain is killing my soul. The mere thought that she might not recognise me is making my whole being shake. Now I realise how she must have felt when I refused to recognise her and her god is now taking revenge from me for hurting his favourite child.
Before either of them could say anything , the doc came inside.
D: hello ms, iam doc arjun. Iam here to ask you some important questions, do u think you are comfortable in answering them.
R: yes.
D: okay we shall start, your name
R; riddhima
D: age
R: 25
Hearing this aryan whispered in ishani ear,
Ar: why do u women always tell your age less, she just turned 26 some weeks ago
Ishani smacked his arm and said,
I; idiot, she is suffering from amnesia, maybe she doesn't remember that she had turned 26. Now zip up your mouth

Vansh wad getting impatient, why the hell is the doc not asking her if she knows me or not.

vansh heart sank. Single

Vansh tears started flowing like a river, and he did no effort to hide them.
He was shaken
He was heartbroken
His lie of not knowing had turned into reality
His lie of her not being his wife , is now her identity.
Seeing vansh tears, riddhima said,
R: MR RAI SINGHANIA, ap roo kyun rhe hain?
Kya apko meri condition ki itni fikar hai ke the great VANSH RAI SINGHANIA ki ankhon se ansu nikal aye hain. She said with sarcasm.
Vansh heart filled with glee.

D: miss riddhima can u tell me the last thing you remember.
Riddhima eyed vansh with anger and hatred and vansh felt himself go weak again.

Those eyes that had love in them for me are looking at him with hatred.
Riddhima turned towards the doc and said,
R; Mr rai singhania gifted me a phone and i made a call with it. Later he called me to come to a godown
And well i think he knows what he did there.
I don't remember anything after that but why are you asking me all this. Is everything okay.
D: Mr vansh, how long ago did this incident happen.
V: about 7 months ago
Turning towards her doc said,
D: ms riddhima
Vansh glared at the doc when he addressed her as ms but then realised that she doesn't remember their marriage anymore.
D: you are suffering from partial memory loss. Due to head injury you have forgotten the past 7 months of your life.
Riddhima looked at him shocked,
The who rai singhania family was there, it means she has been staying with them all this time. Her eyes fell on siya who was still on her wheelchair. 7 months, what had happened in all these months. What about kabir? Does he know about my accident? Is he okay?
R: will i ever be able to get my memory back?
D; its really hard to say. Sometimes it takes years to get memory back and sometimes people are left disappointed. But its good that you had not forgotten much time of your life. 7 months is nothing.  Some People with memory loss don't even remember their own name.
Vansh looked at the doc with pained eyes, 7 months are nothing. They had gotten married and fell in love. The two most important truths of their life, in these 7 months and this damn doc is saying that forgetting these 7 months is nothing.
D; only one person is allowed to stay with her. The rest would have to leave.
Vansh said immediately
V: i will stay
Riddhima looked at him scared.
It broke his heart.
His sweetheart was scared of him.
D: very well. Ms riddhima you take rest. You will be discharged day after tomorrow.
Vansh took everyone out. Once out sia said with anger
S : you will not stay with bhabhi. I dont trust you. You tried to kill her twice. There is no way iam going to leave her alone with you.
Vansh felt a lump form in his throat, he was unable to say anything.
I: sia plz, i know we all were wrong but we are genuinely repenting.
Sia gave her a sarcastic smile and said,
S; ishani, words like repentance dont suit you.
Vansh came near sia and kneeled down infront of her, holding her hand said,
V: princess, i love riddhima alot. I know i have hurted her alot but I promise you, i would rather kill
Myself than thinking of harming her. Plz, trust your bhai once.
Sia cupped vansh face and said,
S: you are not my bhai.
Saying so she dragged her wheelchair out.
Vansh composed himself and asked aryan
V: where is kabir?
Ar; actually he got a call from his senior stating that he had to urgently report on his duty. He will be back after a 10 days i guess.
V: good, its good that he is away as of now. Well now that riddhima is back to the time when she was spying for kabir and
He got difficulty in saying it
And was in love with him, kabir would have manipulated her again. And seeing him in rai singhania mansion would have raised doubts in her mind as to why my biggest enemy was living in my house.
An: boss, lekin jab kabir wapis aa jae ga tab hum kya krein ge? Kya bhabhi ko bata dein ge ke kabir bhi ab ek rai singhania hai? Yeh baat agr unhe pata chale ge toh woh kabir se foran shadi karna chahein ge after all unhe ap par or zyada spy jo nhi krna pare ga.
V: well , we still have 10 days to think about it. Right know riddhima health is my top most priority. Angre you go home with everyone. I will handle here.
Once angre left, vansh came near the hospital temple and said,
V: thank u.
Thank u ke tum ne meri riddhima ki jaan bacha li. Main janta hoon meri saza shuru ho gue hai.
Tum jante the na ke itni takleef tab nhi hogi jab mein riddhima ki ankhon mein apne liye anjaana pan dekhoon ga, uss se zyada takleef tab hogi jab mein riddhima ki ankhon mein apne liye nafrat dekhoon ga. woh phele bhi mujhe nafrat se dekhti the, lekin tab itna dard nhi hota tha jitna aj ho rha tha , jante ho kyun, kyunke ab un ankhon mein apne liye sirf or sirf pyaar dekhne ki adat ho gye the. Or iss se bari saza or kya ho sakti hai ke jin ankhon mein kabhi mere liye pyar tha aj unhi ankhon mein mere liye nafrat hai.
Lekin main haar man ne walon mein se nhi hoon, main RIDDIMA KA VANSH HOON. Or riddhima ka vansh uss ke dil mein apne liye mohabat phir se paida kar ke rahe ga. yeh wada hai mera tum se , apne ap se or riddhima se.
Iss baar riddhima ko mujh se koi alag nhi kar pae ga, main khud bhi nhi.
Vansh entered inside her room to see her sitting on the bed with a pout. Her pouts were the cuttest.
He still remembered,
one new year eve, when they had retired to their room, she walked up to the bed and sat there with a pout. These antics of her were making him weak, he wanted to take revenge from her but didn't have the courage to see tears in those doe shaped eyes.
Walking upto her, i sat on my knees infront of her and held her hand
V: sweetheart, what happened
But she turned her face away.
Damn that hurts, why was she turning her face away from him. He can't tolerate that but then realised that after a few days she would not be around him as he was going to take his revenge from her.
The mere thought of her not being beside him made a shiver ran down his spine
As she was holding his hand, she sensed him shiver and immediately asked with concern.
R; vansh are you alright. Why did u shiver. Are you feeling sick?
Vansh looked at her shocked, it was just a slight shiver and she sensed it and got worried.

Vansh passed a fake smile to her and said,
V: iam okay, but tell me, why were you pouting like a baby
Hearing him, she pouted again
R: why did u dance with that kahana
V: she is ahana
R: whatever
V: were u jealous, he said it sarcastically
Why would she be jealous seeing him with ahana, yaa but she might have gotten jealous seeing her with kabir, after all, kabir was her  EX LOVE,
Love my foot.
R: YES
vansh looked at her shocked
Did she just say that she was jealous seeing us together
Still in shock he asked her
V: why?
R: because I LOVE U
VANSH heart skipped a beat hearing her confession.
He decided it would be better if he left the room because all this is making him weak, very weak.
He was about to leave the room when riddhima held his hand and hugged him, placing her head directly on his heart

R: vansh
Vansh hummed, he didn't want to listen anything, he just wanted to stay in her arms, all his life, forgetting everything.
R: vansh
V: yes riddhima
Riddhima looked him in the eyes and said
R: make love to me
Vansh was again left shocked
Why was she asking him to make love to her
YES, he tried to make love to her in glass house thinking that she would stop him because she would not want to betray her kabir, but to his shock she had not stopped him, he on the verge of removing her clothes but she said nothing, she was just smiling at him. So he himself stopped and asked her to sleep as she was hurt. That whole night he kept rethinking about his decision, because for a girl her dignity is very precious and no matter what she would not want anyone to destroy it. Was  he judging her wrong was the only question going on in his mind but the next day when we reached home, the mere sight of kabir made him seethe with anger and he was back to his revenge game
R: vansh, whats wrong? You wanted to love me in glass house too but stopped saying iam still hurt but now iam fine.
V: riddhima, you just got trapped in a car filled with smoke. You should rest.
R: tumhe meri kitni fikar hai vansh. I love u i love u soo much. You are the best husband in the world.
Vansh was brought back from the memory land hearing riddhima voice.
R: you did this right
Vansh looked at her confused.
R: you planned my accident. It hurted your ego that i answered you back, threw away the phone you gifted me opps gave me to keep tabs on me.
Vansh looked at her hurt
R; why did u stay back here. Are you planning to kill me.
Vansh came near riddhima and held her hand,
V: i would never. I would prefer to die myself rather than harming you
Riddhima looked at him startled , his eyes showed truth. For the first time in her life she was able to read his eyes. What in the world, what happened in these 7 months that this man infront of her is saying that he would die himself rather than harming her.
No riddhima
Dont fall in his trap
He is a monster
Taking her hand back,
Riddhima said,
R; iam hungry
V: why didn't you tell me. I will bring food for you right away.
As vansh left, riddhima looked at the door from where he left
Her eyes filled with hatred, she said,
I HATE YOU VANSH RAI SINGHANIA
you will have to pay for all of your sins.
