Panic attack

Vansh rushed inside the hotel room with an unconscious riddhima in his arms screaming at the hotel owner to call the doctor
O: sir the doc would be here any minute
Owner said in a scared voice, he could swear that the man infront of him was a devil, a satan, in form of human.
His eyes red, veins popping, voice roaring
Everything screamed danger,
It was easy for him to realise that the man was in his devil form because his wife was not in her senses,
Only god knows that what would happen if something happened to his wife
He didn't even wanted to think about the bad possibilities because he knew that if the devil came to know about it, he would kill him in an instant.
The doctor hurriedly entered the room,
Checking riddhima he turned toward vansh and said
D: i need to know about her medical history
V: she is amnesia patient
D: well that explains her condition, did she saw something that was related to her post memory loss life?
V: yes
D: well seeing her condition i think she might get a panic attack, I suggest you stay by her side whole night, once she gains consciousness then only i would be able to say anything further.
This shock might lead to her gaining her memory back or maybe not, we will only know that after she gains consciousness
The doctor excused himself and walked out.
Vansh sat my riddhima's side, caressing her hair lovingly
V: a few moments ago you were soo happy, smiling and chirping around and see what happened all of a sudden
All this is because of me, if only i had not been blinded by my baseless revenge and not tortured you to such an extent than all this would not have happened
His eyes suddenly turned red with anger
I promise you sweetheart, i will find out who is behind all this and punish him severely.
It was almost mid night when riddhima started shaking in her sleep, vansh immediately came near her and tried to calm her down but seems like it was impossible
Tears rolled downs her orbs while she mumbled in her half conscious state

vansh eyes filled with tears seeing his sweetheart condition
He immediately took the sedative injection that the doc has given him and injected riddhima, after about 5 minutes riddhima fell into deep sleep.
But sleep was far from vansh's eyes, he immediately got up, carefully locking the door, he took his car and started his journey towards the stage show company .
The owner of the company looked at vansh scared like hell for his life

The owner desperately moved his head, folding his hands, asking for forgiveness but seems like vansh was not in his control at all,

Vansh punched him hard across his face, he was about to give him another punch when he said

Vansh took the account number from him and went out not before warning him
V: if this information turned out to be wrong iam gonna find you and dig your grave on the same stage on which show took place.
In a dark big room,
Vansh sat on a chair, his eyes devoid filled with pain and repentance
Picking up his phone vansh dialled angre number
An: boss, you are calling this late, is everything okay
V: iam sending you an account number, i want every detail about it in the next 2 hours

Before he could say anything, vansh cut the call
Vansh stood up and looked at the floor, it was filled with hot burning coal, taking his shoes off, vansh started walking on the coal , his feet burning, eyes watering but it was nothing infront of the pain that he had given to his sweetheart
If wanted to punish himself badly, because his sweetheart was in this state because of him, he wanted to feel the same pain as hers but he knew no pain was big enough to make him experience the pain his riddhima has gone through.
Torturing himself for an hour, vansh walked out of the coal filled room, coughing badly, he tried to walk but his feet pained like hell, not loosing courage, he went out, booked a cab and went towards the hotel.
He opened the door to see his sweetheart sleeping peacefully under the effect of sedative
Vansh sat on his side of the bed, all the pain suddenly seemed to vanish seeing her serene form
Vansh didn't realise when he feel asleep
Next morning:
Riddhima opened her eyes and sat on the bed confused
Last she remembered watching a stage show and getting some blurry flashes and then everything turned blank
She saw vansh sleeping next to her, riddhima smiled seeing him
Suddenly her gaze went to his feet, she was shocked to see it all burnt,
He hurriedly got up and took the first aid kit, taking out some antiseptic cream, she started applying it on his feet,
Vansh stirred in his sleep, he opened his eyes to see riddhima applying cream on his wounds, he immediately took his feet back and said
V: riddhima, are you alright
R: i should be the one asking you that, are you okay? How did you burn your feet?
V: its nothing,
Next time plx don't touch my feet plz.
He hated it, the first time she touched his feet was to beg him to give her a second chance after she couldn't kill kabir, he soo wanted to kill himself seeing his sweetheart soo vulnerable and begging on her knees but kabir's words kept ringing in his ears and he stood their like a heartless man paying no heed to her tears and requests.
R: why shouldn't I? If you can touch my feet, i can touch yours, besides you are hurt badly, let me do the dressing
Saying so she held his feet firmly and applied the cream and then bandaged them.
R: I don't know what happened to me last night, i was watching the stage show, then i suddenly started getting these blurry flashes and then I don't know,
V: you fainted, i carried you here, the doc has said to visit him for check up
R: i'll get ready then
Vansh was about to walk out
R: don't move, your feet would hurt
V: how would you shower then?
Riddhima bitted her lips thinking what to do
Vansh gently placed his finger on her lips stopping her from bitting them
V: don't bite your lips
Riddhima asked him innocently
R: why?
Ughhh, now how to tell this women that seeing her bite her lips makes vansh want to kiss and bite those pink lips of hers.
Vansh stood up and said while walking inside the changing room
V: take bath and get changed, i will change in the changing room
A good time of the day was spent at the hospital, Finally when the doc declared that she was okay then only vansh let out a sigh of relaxation
At night
Walking inside their honeymoon suite, riddhima walked up to the deck and dipped her feet in the water, lost in her thoughts
Vansh saw her and sat near her,
V: what happened
R: can i ask you something?
V: sure
R: kabir said that anupriya was your step mom, then where is your real mom?
V: she is no more
Vansh said with tears in his eyes
Riddhima gently placed a hand on his shoulder and consoled him
R: iam soo sorry
V: i hated my birth mom because i was made to believe that she ran away leaving us all alone, since that day i hated betrayers, but then i came to know that my mom didn't run away, she was murdered
Riddhima gasped hearing this
R: who killed her?
V: anupriya
Riddhima looked at him with wide eyes
V: she wanted to become rich , thats why she killed my mother and then manipulated my dad into marrying her.
She was soo sweet and kind to all of us that we instantly fell in love with her, we never realised that she was hiding such a big betrayal under her perfect facade of a loving mother.
Riddhima hugged vansh tightly caressing his back smoothing him whereas vansh cried his heart out infront of her.
This was the first time she was seeing the vansh rai singhania,
No doubt he suspects each and every person, facing such a big betrayal in life is not easy.
Today she knew, that the heartless, cold and ruthless look is just a facade, the real vansh is just like a child, wanting someone to be by his side when he breaks down and she would be beside him, no matter what. Thats a promise.
Vansh gently parted from the hug, a few strands of hair fell on her face, as if in a trance, vansh gently brushed those hair off her face and leaned down towards her lips, riddhima's eyes closed on their own accord, slightly parting her lips, she too moved forward,
World seemed to stop when their lips met,

They didn't realise when the kiss turned passionate

Riddhima deepened the kiss and tugged at his hair
Both were lost in their world when riddhima phone rang
It took three four rings to bring them back to the world
Both parted from eachother,
Riddhima cheeks turned cherry red, she quickly turned her gaze from him and answered the call without seeing the caller name
R: hel, helloo
Vansh smirked seeing her stammering
Whereas riddhima cursed herself inwardly, her lips were still quivering from the soul full kissed they shared
An : hello bhabhi , its me angre, i had been trying vansh bhai number but he was not answering it, can i talk to him
Riddhima forwarded the phone to vansh
R: its angre
Vansh mumbled slowly
V: huh, he had to become the villain of my romance
Riddhima blushed hearing him
V: yes angre
An: boss, i found all the details about the account
Vansh face hardened listening him
V: who is it
An: .....

vansh shouted hearing the person name
His eyes darkened with anger, riddhima looked at him scared
V: angre, ask our pilot to get ready, we are coming back tomorrow itself.
An: boss
V: ITS AN ORDER ANGRE
Vansh disconnected the call and took deep breaths to control his anger whereas riddhima looked at him confused.
