Brandons POV:
The funerals over. We are all gathered as a family to say our final good-byes when i look over and notice scooter standing there looking at callie with these eyes, like she is some toy. I dont want to cause a fight so i lay low but i have to get someqay to get back at him. And i have the perfect plan.
We are heading to jude and connora favorite diner love at first bite for dinner. I tried keeping my mind off of scooter but i couldn't. During dinner callie announced that jesus would be going to live with her. Im excited for him to live with us. This should be fun. But then again. She never asked me to move in with her...... what is going on?
I excused myself from dinner and got in my car. I needed a break to let off some steam. I got in my car and admittingly i was driving a little too fast. A black truck cut me off causeing me to veer a little off the road. Then i noticed he was purposely trying to crash me so i changed lanes. I went to go ahead of him when he sped up and we crashed into each other leaving the world the shade of red and black.
I felt someone touch my wrist and yell something. I heard them in the radio "reported two vehicle auto collison, one reported fatality, looks like it was a meant murder" murder! They think someone meant to kill me. What!
And thats when i blacked out. The next thing i knew i was waking up in a hospital bed. I turned to see who all was in the room, hoping Callie was one of them. But she wasnt. I turned to my side and saw jesus sleeping, his head on the bed side table. I shook him awake weakly and watched as his eyes shifted and adjusted to the light.
"Dude wheres my girlfriend?" I asked him.
"Ill get callie, all i can say os good luck dude she is pissed."
Callie is pissed at me? What did i do?
As if on cue a really pissed callie walked into the room. She shook her head as i tried to speak. She got really close and i thought she was going to kiss me but, just when i didnt suspect it she slapped me hard across the face and told me to eff off.
