Sapnap eventually pulled into a cafe, after all they'd been only eating snacks since they started the journey, nothing that would keep their body's properly functioning. The cafe was small, completely wooden and was on the outskirts of a mortal town, Sapnap took a pair of contact lenses and popped them in before getting out of the car, glancing a smile to karl.

The door to the cafe was pushed open by Sapnap, he held it open for karl and the warm ness of the cafe was instantly noticeable, Karl wa still wearing sapnaps jacket from earlier, they waited by the door until a young man walked over with a smile.

"Hello! Welcome to Jills Cafe, table for two?" He smiled, he had a small name tag on his black polo shirt with 'Murphie' written in messy hand writing, a little smiley face at the end, He was an average height guy, the same as Sapnaps. Short dark hair that was mostly brown yet on the verge of black, he had dark green eyes and a wide smile, his accent was most noticeable, a commoner london accent, probably east london. Murphie had a small tattoo of a cactus on his neck, 'craft' written beneath it, Sapnap wasn't sure what it mean, he wasn't bothered enough to ask

"Yes, that would be great" Sapnap smiled, Murphie picked two menus up and guided them to a table, "I'm Murphie, i'll be your waiter for the day, i'll pop back over in a second to get your orders. Don't hesitate to say if you need more time to think, there's no rush!" He smiled, Sliding a notepad into his apron.

"Thank you!" Karl smiled, Murphie nodded before walking off.

"I'm starvin'" Sapnap examined the menu, "i could drink like- eight coffees"

"Last time you did that you threw up everywhere" Karl giggled, Sapnap scoffed, "Oh shut up! I was trying to annoy Dream- he hates the stuff" He shook his head at Karl, eyes scanning the menu.

Karl glanced to a table across the room, a much older man was very obviously staring at them, he was possibly early fifties, his hair was  already greyed, he hadn't bothered to try and dye it. He looked sad in honesty, his eyes narrowed at Karl. He had circular glasses on the tip of his nose, a stubbled chin and jaw, also sat at his table was a young girl, no older than fifteen, short blonde hair and a beanie draping off it, she obviously noticed the older man staring and turned and was now also looking at Karl, karl looked away and back at sapnap.

"That old guy won't stop staring," He mumbled, looking down at the table to make it seem less obvious he was talking about the man, "which guy?" Sapnap began looking around, "Sap! Stop you're making it obvious!" Karl hissed, Sapnap turned back to him, raising a brow in confusion.

"Does he know you?" Sapnap asked
Karl shrugged, "I know a lot of people, not him though."
"Weird."

Murphie came back over, interrupting their conversation, he had a notepad in his hands and the same smile he previously had, he was quite young, possibly around 17.

"You two ready to order?" He asked, pen ready to write.

The two of them gave their order and soon Murphie left, coming back a couple minutes later with their requested drinks, a black coffee for Sapnap and a water for Karl.

"Your water and coffee!" He smiled, placing the drinks down.

"You say water weird, you don't pronounce the T" Sapnap chuckled, his words were obviously playful.

"People say that all the time- i guess it's just the whole british thing." He smiled, clearly unoffended by sapnaps words, it must've been something he was told often.

"Yeah- our friend is from london, he says stuff with h's and t's weird-" Sapnap finished his sentence, a sadness settling inside of him, he missed George, he missed him a lot, as he did Dream and Alex.
