Virgil's POV

"Alright bitches let's head out!" I hear my brother yell from the living room. I pull up my hood and chuckle at him as dad smacks him in the back of the head. "Language, Michael." Dad says as he tossed me my mask. "Since when did you care if we used strong language?" Mike asks, rubbing his head where dad smacked him.

"Since he started dating Henry." I say, then start bracing myself to be hit. Sure enough, dad smacked me in the back of the head as Michael started laughing.

Dad started dating Henry a couple months after he and mom split up and she took Elizabeth. He started to take parenting insanely seriously and became rather overprotective over me and my brothers, and after Henry and Charlie started coming around more often, dad was open to having Charlie as a daughter and became pretty protective over her as well.

Henry kinda became like our new mom. He'd always check in and see that we were okay, he'd make us lunches if we were feeling down and didn't want to do anything, he's supporting dad with his addiction to toast and coffee, and he knows when to give us space and he's pretty chill with us killing as long as we don't get caught and we can't kill children.

When Charlie found out about Henry and dad, she was mainly confused. She didn't know what the LGBTQ+ community was, which kinda irritated me and Mike so we spent the whole day teaching her what it stands for and we taught her about different sexualities and stuff like that. She caught on pretty quickly and by the end of the week she knew quite a bit about a topic that she originally knew nothing about. Now she's come out as Bisexual and I got her into a lot of gay ships in my favorite animes and shows.

Mike grabbed his mask and his pocket knife and the three of us went to the car. "Remember the rules. No killing children, and don't get caught." I reminded them. Mike rolled his eyes and started the car.

I had a specific target in mind for today. Yesterday an entitled middle aged woman was in a pissy mood at the store and yelled at me for 10 minutes about my outfit and how I probably worship the devil. Thank God there was a cute boy there willing to distract her while I buy my stuff and leave. But she is gonna pay for almost making me drop my bottle of wine.

I got some info on her and apparently she goes to that same store every day, so I told Michael to drop me off at the store, bought myself an energy drink real quick, and made it seem like I was walking down the road at the same time she was coming out of the store.

She marches towards me and stops inches away from my face. "Young man, what are you wearing?!" She yells. Oh god, here we go again... I start to walk away and like I knew she would, she follows me.

"Don't you walk away from me, I have to talk to you!" She yells. I slip my pocket knife into my hand and quickly open it without her noticing. Before she knows it, the blade is in the side of her neck.

"Shouldn't have been so annoying..." I say, and cut across her neck. She falls to the ground and starts to bleed out. I check my hoodie to make sure there's no blood on it and then I open the sewer. I grab her body and toss her in head first, and watch her drop into the water.

"Kiddo! Hi!!" I hear a familiar energetic voice from the corner of the alleyway. "Patton? What the hell are you doing here? You gave me a heart attack!" I whisper yell to my bubbly cousin who is now skipping over to give me a hug.

"You are so lucky it's me and not a total stranger or aunt Clara." He says and gives me a light shove. "Why were you lurking in the shadows anyway?" I ask him. He crosses his arms and readjusts the hood of his cat hoodie.

"I wanted to know what you, Michael, and uncle Will find so appealing about killing and so I just waited here in the shadows until I saw you come along and cut that woman's throat." He mumbles. Personally I found it pretty sweet that he wanted to try and understand our murderous nature, but he's too innocent, he'd be that one killer that apologizes to the victim after killing them and then forgets to hide the body. You know what? Screw it.

"Aww, Patton... You know what, I can get dad and Mike, and how bout we go get you your first kill, okay?" I say. He can't really go wrong while learning from three professionals, right? If he's so eager to learn, he may not have as much innocent nature as anyone might think. Maybe he can pull off a kill?

I grab my phone and call Mike. "Hey bro, what's up?" He says. "So I ran into our puffball cousin and you will not believe what he just said to me." I say. I continue to explain the situation and Mike sounds very excited. "Yessss Patton! Join the dark side!" He squeals in happiness. Patton and I both chuckle and roll our eyes. "Can you come pick us up? We're still by the store." I say. I can hear the door to the car open for a second which leads me to believe that dad just got in. "Yeah, I'll get there faster than you can recite 100 digits of pi." He says, then hangs up.

Guess what? He's late. I recited 100 digits of pi twice and taught Patton the first 50 before he finally showed up.

"I am aware we're late. Mike got pulled over for speeding because he's an idiot." He says as he points at my brother. "Mike, you dumb grape! You can't speed down the damn highway just because we're dead." I scold him.

"You're one to talk, you bratty raccoon!" He shot back. I hissed at him and me and Patton got into the backseat. "You twins give me a headache.." dad says as we drive off in search of out next victim.

Roman's POV

Six years... Remus, Remy and I have been dead for six years. Are we even dead? Did we survive? Are we in an alternate universe? Who knows. Today I decided to go for a walk and get out of the house so I put on my red and gold hoodie and a black pair of jeans and I head out. "I'll be back later, I'm going for a walk." I call to my brothers, who call back on response.

The evening air was cool as I walked along the sidewalk. I probably would have kept waking along if I didn't see a familiar tie wearing cousin of mine. He was soaked and stumbling from the direction of the bay, not really paying attention to where he was going, which was... Very unusual for him especially.

"Logan? Is that you" I call out and just barely manage to get his attention. He fixes his glasses and stumbles toward me. "R-Roman? No, that's impossible. You died six years ago. I was at your funeral..." He examines me closer and from the way his eyes widened, I think he figured out it was actually me.

"Roman... It's really you! It's really you!" He exclaims and pulls me into a hug. He HUGGED me... The moment is cut a little short when he starts to cough up an alarming amount of water. Wait... He's in his regular clothes, he's soaked, he came from the direction of the bay, and he just coughed up an alarming amount of water... Did someone... Is he...

He's.... Dead?

Michael's POV

After being hissed at by my crazy brother, we drive around for a bit before deciding on an old man to kill and just dump in the cellar of a nearby abandoned house. "Watch closely okay?" Virgil and I instruct Patton as dad jumps out and sneaks up on the old man.

Real quick, I wanna make it known that as I was writing this, It's Been So Long (Man behind the slaughter) came on my speaker and it made me happy. :)

Dad quickly slit the man's throat and he goes limp in his arms. Virgil jumps out and helps dad drag the body into a nearby abandoned house as Patton and I watch.

Virgil's POV

"Are you sure this place is abandoned?" I ask as we drag the body into the living room. For an 'abandoned' house it seems pretty organized, just saying.

"Oh please, this place has been abandoned for years." Dad replies, tossing the body down the stairs to the cellar. "Thank you!" We hear.

I'm sorry.... WHAT?

Can you tell who said it? I'll give you a hint... He's a rat with a mustache :D
