Okay, so I know alot of you out there ship Hope and Lightning... and I can understand why but I just... no. Just No. I can't fathom personally shipping them. Although shipping Vanille x Hope is odd too considering that when you save Vanille she's like still really young looking even though she's technically around the same age as Hope. I still ship them though because she pushed him around all the time and he was the typical angst ridden teenager( that was a quote from Mortal Instruments... NOT a judgement of sterotypical-ness). they still had there adorable moments.
Hope: I- it makes me happy when you smile.
Vanille: I-I didn't know you felt that way. *begins blushing*
Hope: *begins laughing*
Vanille: Wait, a minute. You mean you were joking?
Hope: "Now were even."
Vanille: HEY WAIT!
Might I mention he worked darn hard to save her and Fang. He truly did... you can't tell me that a best friend would do that... spend their whole lives devoted to saving you even if you did... save the.... world..... okay but you get my point! He must've had a strong motive. What motive better than love?
