Say I Love You, it's a beautiful anime/manga about an average teenage girl, and the stereotypical popular hot guy, Yamato. Mei doesn't easily trust people, as when she was in grade school kids blamed her for the death of the class rabbit. Thus she went on believing that everyone, in one way or another would just end up hurting you in the end. However, Yamato sets his eyes on her after she begins to treat him like he's a normal being. To learn the rest I suggest you watch the anime or read the manga, or you know both if you have the time, (I don't suggest the live action version, but that's just my opinion).
Through their relationship Mei slowly falls in love with Yamato, and ends up finding a group of friends to support her along the way. However, it drastically takes a new turn when Yamato becomes a model. Mei, although it's tearing her apart, stays in a relationship with Yamato. (Did I forget to mention they have the cutest couples bracelet? You should go look it up! ;). Overall they are one of the cutest anime couples I have seen.
