2014, Dec,30 This date would remind us of, all the shocking expressions on the faces of MSDians. This date would remind the day when the whole cricket fraternity was shocked to the core by a simple announcement. This date may be didn't hurt that deep as the 15th of august 2020 but it did for some of the cricket fans, to be precise test cricket fans. This date made everyone realize that Dhoni likes to give surprises. Isn't it??

The teams reached the hotel and were engrossed in their activities. And captains were supposed to attend the press conference. First, it was time for the Australian captain and Smith have done it. And then it was MSD's chance to attend it.
No one could say that it was his last test match press conference No one could guess his inner turmoil. No one could see through his façade. No one could say that in a moment or two he was going to take retirement. As usual, he was answering all their questions quietly and calmly with a cool attitude and witty answers. Well, he was known for his witty replies. Isn't it?? But somewhere deep down he was drowning in sorrow. He wants to finish it as soon as possible. Why was he sorrowful??
Raina who was waiting for Dhoni in their room dozed off on the bed for few hours till his phone disturbed him by his mother's call. He was speaking with his family after having dinner. It was past midnight when he realized his roommate was nowhere to be seen. He was about to move to find ms and stopped when he realized he was still in his whites. He got up from the bed to change when he heard a knock on the door. Before he went to the door the door opened and closed behind the person revealing swollen eyed ms. S: Bhai ab Kaha theii?? Why didn't u come to the room straight after the press conference?? Wait... Are u crying?? Kya Hua??? M: k...Kuch Nahi (trying hard to control) mujhey kuch help chahiye!! S: ha batha dona?? M: can u take a selfie with me now?? S: bas itni si bath!! I'll take just give me five minutes.. I'll change M: areyy. N..nahi... In this only, u take selfie na!! S: OK!! (Took a selfie) S: ab bathao?? Kya Heii?? (before he could complete his sentence ms threw himself in sonu's arms bitterly) M: s..sonu... S: kya Hua Bhai?? Y are u crying?? Kisne Kuch Kaha Heii kya?? M: na..nahi bas eh Heii Kii..*sniff*... "I have an extra-large, this double excel, keep this with you" S: m...Matlab??? M: I'll never wear this jersey again!!!!
