Chanel couldn't wait for her date with Talia Hunter, who now worked at Salem University Hospital. Chanel was sad to see her leave Sweet Bits, but she understood Talia when she told her she had a position at SUH. But they both agreed to start over after the ordeal with Colin.
Chanel finished cleaning up at Sweet Bits and locked the doors when Johnny hoped to talk.
"Hey, Chanel, can we talk?" Johnny asked when he found her leaving Sweet Bits.
"Oh, Johnny, I'm kinda in a hurry," Chanel explained her urgency to get home. "I have a date with Talia."
"Oh, you're with Talia now?" Johnny said a little down.
"Yes, we are giving it another try, despite the Colin situation."
"Well, I wish you all the best," Johnny said as he went along his way back home to the DiMera mansion.
