Stevie walked slowly down the halls of her old school. She had just recently graduated and was happily reminiscing about her past 2 years, well besides all the scary parts but she tries not to think of them too much.

Lately all she's been doing is press interviews and other stuff for mainstream media. I mean after solving the case of the century she was glad she was getting credit she just... she wished she could still have her own life, hang out with friends and not be asked a million questions or try solving another case, without the whole thing being blown up all over online.

She walked into the Minerva house and it almost felt as if she'd be coming back for another year, oh she wished. How lovely it would be to have everyone in the same room again, she could almost picture it. David sprawled out across the chair with her sitting on the floor next to him. Vi and Janelle huddled together on the couch with Nate sitting on the other side giving sideway glances as he subtly engaged in the conversation. Hunter could even be there with them, sitting across the room making kinda funny jokes in an attempt to make someone laugh. The room suddenly felt empty with only her actually in it. She didn't like the feeling of being alone, especially in this place.

She walked up to her old room deciding to just get what she came here for and leave. It wouldn't take long to gather up her forgotten things and get out. She had a mental checklist of all her forgotten items. 1) Journal, with all her old notes on the case. 2) Some of her old books (specifically the ones who helped her figure everything out) 3) Her red vinyl raincoat, that she had accidentally left there in the midst of everything.

The room was left basically untouched, they had added a brand new bedspread and curtains along with a tangy smell of some cleaning product. Her items were left in a neat pile on the corner of the bed with a note on top that read: "Thanks for coming to pick up your things, I'll miss you so much this year. You've been amazing. Don't get into much trouble - Your friend, Pix"

She laughed as she picked up her things and her note and tucked it into a page in her journal. She threw on her raincoat and carried the books in her other arm, as she looked back at her room one last time.

She left the school property with a heavy heart, she'd miss that stupid, dangerous, scary, amazing school. She just hoped that one day she could return, as a mentor or just to host some silly event. But until then she was done reminiscing and ready to embark on her next stage in life.

Just 3 hours later she was waiting patiently in a small cafe in Newport Vermont waiting patiently for David to come pick her up. Their plan was to make the drive to their new college together. They were both accepted to Cornell University with open arms. That's another perk of going to high school in the most famous school in the country, getting a full paid scholarship was no problem, even to an Ivy league.

She decided to call Pix while she waited and thank her for the note. She took out her phone and clicked on the contact. She stepped outside the cafe and pressed the call button. The call slowly rang out without an answer as her voice mail came on. "Hey Pix its Stevie, just called to say thank you for the note, I'll miss you too and thanks for getting all my things," She pressed enter to send it and put her phone in her pocket.

David's car slowly rolled in front of her as his lanky muscular figure stepped out of the car. His black curls and light eyes were always the first thing she noticed every time she saw him. She would never get sick of his stupidly handsome face or the way he smiled when their eyes met. It had been about a month since they had last seen each other as they both had to head home to deal with some family stuff before college. They facetimed every morning aside from a few where Stevie decided to sleep in. And they texted everyday.

As soon as their eyes locked he gave his signature smile and half walked half jogged around his car to get to her. He wore his normal too big for him shabby clothes along with some bracelets that she had found out the other day he had been collecting for quite some time. Which probably meant a week but still.

He pulled her into a big hug, picking her slightly off the ground. "I missed you," He sighed, stuffing his face into her now shoulder length hair.

"I missed you too," Stevie exclaimed, pulling slightly away to look at him. She missed this, being able to hug him and feel him physically there. Everything felt perfect again.

They slowly broke apart to get in the car. David opened Stevies door as She slightly laughed at his attempt to be a gentleman.

He swung around to the driver's seat and started the car. This would be David's Sophomore year at college and just her freshman year. He was going to take a break year in order for them to start at the same year but decided against it. He was majoring in Software engineering and she was beginning in Criminal Justice.

He turned on the GPS at Stevies request, scared of getting lost as they needed to unpack at their off campus apartment. It wouldn't be much work but she still stressed over it enough for the both of them.

An hour into their drive she heard a small ping from her phone and decided to check it. I mean, she didn't have much else to do at this point. She checked the screen to see it was a message from Pix. 'Hey sorry, I'm on vacation, I'm not sure what you're talking about though? Please elaborate.'

The confusion was probably evident on her face as she re-read the text multiple times. David looked at her a few times but probably thought better than to ask.

She decided to respond immediately hoping to figure out the misunderstanding. ' Hey, I'm confused, I went to pick up the stuff I left at the school today. You left a note on top of my things. I guessed you found my stuff after cleaning.'

Stevie didn't get an immediate response but decided not to stress about it. Pix probably just forgot she wrote her the small note. She's on Vacation anyways, probably just busy right now...
