Wedding Day

Terra, Avengers Compound,

"Uh"

Nebula sighed softly looking out the window towards the Training Grounds of the Avengers Compound where She and Peter Quill were having their wedding with the other Avengers who became family to them.

"Wow, you look gorgeous Nebula"

A voice said startling Nebula who turned around swiftly to see Peter Quill walking up to her dressed in a black tuxedo. "I heard it's bad luck for the groom to see the bride," Nebula said looking up at Peter. "Well, I don't think it's true not for us anyway" Peter replied curling an arm around Nebula before bending his head to capture her lips in his own. "Do you think the other Guardian's would mind us getting married, and starting a life together?" Nebula asked. "I'm sure they'll be outraged at first but then understand why we started our lives together especially with the new baby we have that is also being kidnapped by Natasha and Pepper," Peter said seeing the two women outside with his and Nebula's five-month-old daughter who they named Andromeda Meredith Quill. "Oh, my" Nebula said following Peter's gaze over to the two women. "Well, at least we know Andromeda is safe although knowing Pepper, she might adopt her," Peter said. "Same goes for Natasha as well although the Avengers are her aunts and uncles so our daughter is safe" Nebula replied.

Ceremony,

"Welcome, loved ones. We are gathered here today to join Peter and Nebula in holy matrimony" Bruce Banner said standing in as the wedding officiant to Peter and Nebula.

"Do you Peter, take this woman to be your lawfully wedded wife, to live together in matrimony, to love her, comfort her, honor and keep her, in sickness and in health, in sorrow and in joy, to have and to hold, from this day forward, as long as you both shall live?"

Bruce asked Peter, who was looking at Nebula with a loving, smile.

"I do"

Peter announced while cupping a hand to Nebula's cheek and used his thumb to gently stroke her cheek.

"Do you [Name], take this woman to be your lawfully wedded [husband/wife], to live together in matrimony, to love her, comfort her, honor and keep her, in sickness and in health, in sorrow and in joy, to have and to hold, from this day forward, as long as you both shall live?"

Bruce asked Nebula, who was beaming in pure happiness looking at Peter.

"I do"

Nebula said, nuzzling Peter's hand that held her cheek and pressed a kiss to the inside of his palm.

"Peter and Nebula have chosen rings to exchange with each other as a symbol of their unending love. Peter as you place this ring on Nebula’s finger, please repeat after me. With this ring, I thee wed and pledge you, my love, now and forever."

Bruce said giving Peter the wedding band that Nebula chose for herself.

"Nebula, I give you this ring as a symbol of my love with the pledge: to love you today, tomorrow, always, and forever."

Peter said sliding the cosmic style wedding band on Nebula's ring finger that her engagement ring was on while declaring his love for her.

"And now...Nebula, place the ring on Peter's finger and repeat after me:".

Bruce said handing Nebula a black wedding band with engraved stars in sliver.

"Peter, I give you this ring as a symbol of my love with the pledge: to love you today, tomorrow, always, and forever".

Nebula said sliding the ring on Peter's ring finger while also declaring her love for him.

" I now officially announce you both as Husband and Wife. You may kiss the bride"

Bruce announced to Peter and Nebula while the other Avengers stood up and clapped for the happy couple.

"I love you"

Peter said dipping Nebula as they kissed. "I love you too," Nebula said wrapping her arms around Peter's neck before kissing him again whilst he righted them both up.
