The next day, Orla skipped all of her classes with Draco. The more separation she provides, the better. 'I can't let him get attached.. I can't let myself get attached.' Orla thought knowing she would hopefully be going home after this year. She was now sitting in her astrology class listening to the professor go over the basic constellations and a project that they would be doing.

"Before winter break, you will need to chart all of the constellations and bring them to life for your presentation. You will be graded on accuracy and completion. You will only have to do one spectrum of the stratosphere." Professor Sinistra explains making Orla look up in interest. This project could be done with her gifts.

After class was finished, Orla was called over by Professor Sinistra. "I noticed you're very skilled in the topic. We do have an astrology club if you are interested. The club would love to have someone like you." She holds out a flyer towards Orla with a smile on her face. "Thank you."

"Are you from Ireland?" Sinistra asks while organizing some papers on her desk. "I am. We live on the outskirts of Adare in an estate." Orla answers while looking down at the flyer. "My family is from Inistioge. Beautiful town in the Spring, especially when the waters are down."

They sit in silence for a few moments. "Dumbledore told me that you were from another school and could use a bit of a push to interact with others. Personally, that would not be for me after what has happened. That is why I'm giving you the offer of joining the astrology club. I've done my job." Sinistra states looking up at Orla before smiling. Orla nodded before grabbing her bag and heading outside the classroom.

'Does every professor know?!' Orla mentally screams as she walks aimlessly around Hogwarts. The fall breeze ruffles through her long wavy hair as she stops to lean against a pillar in the courtyard. Students litter the grassy area, conversing with their friends. "Friends would be nice." Orla mumbles as her eyes land on Harry, Hermione, and Ron. They were laughing together.

If this was the famous Harry Potter that everyone buzzed about, she envied him. He didn't have a care in the world about gathering people close around him. 'How is he not afraid to lose them? Why does he not fear making friends?' She questions as a scowl graces her face.

"You've been avoiding me." Draco says behind Orla. No response comes from Orla as she stares at the trio. "You're doing it still." He scoffs before walking off. Orla turns her head slightly to look at his retreating figure and sighs. 'Stop trying to get into my heart.'

As Orla watched Draco's retreating figure, she frowned and debated with herself. 'Maybe I should just tell him I'm not his type or there's a freaky man hunting me for my abilities.. Maybe I could tell him I'm allergic to him or that I like girls.' Orla started to follow Draco and before she knew it, he was walking down a hallway she'd never been in before.

Quickly she used her glass abilities to make herself invisible as she peeked around the corner. Draco stood in front of a wall just staring at it. 'What on earth is he doi-' Her thoughts were interrupted as a door started to form on the wall in question. Draco looked around one last time before walking into it.

Orla watched as the door disappeared into the wall making her stand away from the corner. Slowly, she made her way to the hall and stared at it. "How did he make it appear?" She asks looking for a tile in the wall that was slightly out of place before doing the same with the floor. After finding nothing, she put her ear to the wall and listened. 'Nothing.'

After backing away, the door started to appear. Orla gasped and moved out of the way so he wouldn't bump into her invisible form as Draco exited, except he didn't come out. "Huh, what do you know? My ears are magical." She smiled at her own statement before opening the door slowly.

Peeking inside, Orlas eyes went wide as she saw how enormous the room was. The room looked as if it went on forever and it was filled with piles upon piles of.. Objects? Orla walked inside and closed the door gently before walking more into the depth of the room. Chairs, books, wands, shoes, cauldrons, clothes, bird cages, and other objects were piled around the room.

"Come on." Draco muttered, making Orla stop in her tracks. Looking around a mountain, she saw Draco standing in front of a cabinet. Orla stood there and studied Draco before slowly walking towards him. As she came in front of him, she saw stress, anxiety, and a bit of fear all over his face.

After a few minutes, Draco went to the cabinet and opened it to see a perfect apple. 'Why is there an apple?' Orla looked at the apple curiously before Draco took a bite of it and gathered him things and walked towards the door. As he disappeared through it, Orla let the glass around her drop before facing the cabinet.

She walked closer to it and opened the door while looking the inside over. "There's nothing in here." Orla scrunched up her nose in confusion before closing the door and walking back towards the wall. The main door reappeared and Orla walked out towards the Slytherin tower.

Orla looked around, confused she was not in the hallway downstairs. "But I.." She blinked a few times before shaking her head and walking inside the gathering room. Draco walked around the corner causing them to collide once more.

"You've got to stop that." Orla complains, grabbing her head that had hit his chin. Draco scoffed before walking around her. "Draco.. About last night." Orla stares at him as he shakes his head without looking at her. "Don't know what you're talking about."

Orla watched Draco walk away as something tugged in her chest. She reached up and laid her hand over her heart before nodding in acceptance and walking towards her room. 'This is what needed to happen.. But why does it hurt so much?'

Orla looked away before following after Draco. "Don't know what I'm talking about?" She asks as they walk down the dark corridors. "Correct." He replies while walking further away. "Draco.. Draco stop." Orla demands making Draco stop and sigh before turning around.

Draco looks over Orla taking in her red hair and her bright green eyes. "Well?" He questioned waving his hand out in aggravation. Orla bit her lip before looking down. Draco started to walk away once more.

Orla looked up before grabbing his arm. Draco turns to face her as she crashes her lips onto his. Wrapping her arms around his neck, she draws him closer. Draco pulls her waist closer to him while resting his other hand on her cheek as he deepens the kiss.

Pulling away, Orla looks up at him as the moonlight makes his icy eyes glow. "I'm sorry." She states while running her fingers over his lips gently. Draco brushes her hair away before kissing her again, but more slowly. Orla smiles a little before tugging away from him as voices could be heard down the hall.

"Stay still." She whispers while looking up into his eyes. Orlas glass protection goes around them both just as Snape and Dumbledore round the corner. "And you're certain that this is the place?" Dumbledore asks as Snape replies with a simple yes. "The cave will not be easy to enter, but we must get to it before anyone else discovers what we're up to." Dumbledore sighs as they walk past Orla and Draco.

As they disappear into another hallway, Orla drops her defenses. "So that's how you've disappeared on me?" Draco asks, making Orla shrug before grabbing his hand and leading them back to the Slytherin quarters. "Well.. Um.. Goodnight Draco." Orla mumbles as she starts to walk towards the stairs.

Draco grabs her wrist before pulling her towards his chest. Orla blushes while looking up at him as she rubs his cheek gently. "I shouldn't be allowing this." She whispers as her senses come back to her. He looks down at her confused before kissing her once more. "Allow it." He whispers onto her lips while looking in her eyes.

"You can't possibly understand." Closing her eyes, she leans her forehead against his before breaking away from his embrace. "I'll see you in the morning, Draco. Walk with me to class?" She asks while fiddling with her fingers as she steps onto the first of many stairs. He nods before Orla walks up the stairs and out of sight.
