Hunt or be hunted.

Betcha heard that before. But have you ever lived it?

Chances are you havent, but you could imagine it, right? I'm going to guess that you think you're tough enough to handle it, but its really so much more. Its Jeremys daily life. Except he doesn't really hunt, hes not really a hunter. Hes a runner.

Yes, he had made friends, he doesn't run that much. Only when the hunters manage to track him again or when he accidentally gets too close to Vincents' cave. So far, so good. Today was not one of those days. Jeremy sat down in a fairly large feild. He was busy enjoying the peace and quiet while it lasted. He sat down, the grass concealing him. He yawned and streached, realizing how easy it it to fall asleep in this enviroment. And he was about to do just that when he heard rustling on the other side of the feild. He immediatly lost any trace of sleep, that little sound giving him more of a jumpstart than anything. He stayed in place, knowing that whoever or whatever it was would probally attack him one he revealed his location. When the shuffling stooped, whoever it was yawned and said, "Jeremy? Where are you? I dont have time for this." followed by a high pitched "Me neither." He reconized those voices. Fritz the Fairy, and Scott the messenger. Jeremy stood up, knowing that he could trust them two.

"H-hello..." He said in his normal timid tone. He was quickly spotted by Fritzy and Scott. The Pixie quickly flew over, shouting a bunch of gibberish, until Scott interupted him.

"Sorry about that...", Scott said, "Its just we searched the whole forest and he's letting off some steam."

"Wh-why were you b-both looking for me...?" He questioned.

"Because we found something that we think everyone should see!" Fritzy paused. "Even Vincent."

They walked away from the pasture, discussing random things that came to their heads until they reached an old castle, simular to the ones you find in horror movies. Except this was no horror attraction, it was a home to a special gargoyle names Mike. Mike helped Jeremy out more times than he could count, more than a couple occasions he helped him get out of becoming a certain Naga's snack.

"Alright, Jeremy. Get Mike to come out so we can go. Mike works best with you so dont even argue." Fritzy said. Jeremy walked inside the castle and looked around. He wasnt near the entrance, and judging by the size of this place, he may never find him.

~~~TIME SKIP BROUGHT TO YOU BY MY LACK OF KNOLADGE ABOUT HOMESTUCK~~~
Jeremy had found Mike quicker than he expected and he explained what he knew about whatever Fritzy and Scott wanted to show them.
"B-but there g-getting Vincent to c-come along to... s-so you two c-cant fight, okay?" He added, walking out of the acient castle with Mike trailing behind him.
"Fine..." He growled.
"About time!" Fritzy flew up to Mike and told him what he already knew.
Scott sighed. He didnt want to have to go anywhere near the Naga, or his cave. Mike wrapped his tail around Jeremys waist and plopped him down on Mikes back as they started walking. Soon enough, they reached his cave.
"Okay, Scott and Fritz, you go in there." Mike commanded as the two obeyed. A few minutes later, a large purple Naga with coco colored skin, a chesier smile, and pale white eyes followed them. Mike and Vincent stared a each other, before acknoladging that they cannot fight today. They started walking, Scott and Fritzy leading the way. When they stopped, Jeremy piped up nd asked,
"Wh-where are we?"
"Uh, were here. The portal thingy that we found something freaky." Fritzy said.
" 'Portal Thingy'???" Vincent laughed.
"Yes. Portal Thingy. Thats way better than what I would have put it."
They were interupted by a Purple Man, whom facial features were simular to the Naga. Jeremy yelped in surprise and hid behind Mike. Mike frowned and looked over at the man. He only seen a couple of humans, and most were all mean and heartless, so they made a rule that no humans were allowed in the forest, and all that did were to be eaten by Vincent. The Naga seemed to remember that rule, and started to head in the direction of the Purple Guy. He was interupted, however, by Scott.
"What the Fuck is all this suppost to be?" Another figure showed up next to the Purple Man. He was wearing a Blue T- Shirt and a grey beanie, and jeans. The purple man shrugged, and gave a wicked smile. Mike the Gargoyle looked around, realizing Jeremy wasnt anywhere near. He approached Fritzy, "Wheres Jeremy?" he asked.
"Wasnt he with you?" Fritzy responded. The man with the beanie looked around also, before both him and the dragon ran around, looking everywhere.
"Can someone please explain to me whats going on." The naga and the purple man said at the same time.
"Jeremy is missing." The stone dragon and the person with the beanie said together.
Two sets of laughter rang out and two familiar faces were running around, playing tag. The satyr tapped the human on the shoulder. "Y-your 'it'..." he said, laughing a bit. The gargoyle sighed in releif when he saw that Jeremy was unharmed.
"You know what, im confused." Two voices rang out. One of them came from the Fairy with oversized glasses, and the other came from a red head who looked alot like Fritzy.
"Would someone please explain to me whats going on?" A person who had a red telephone as a head asked.
"Well, I would, but I dont even know whats going on." Mike the Gargoyle replied.
"Okay...? Um... Im Scott, this is Mike." He jestered to the man with the beanie, "This is Vincent." He pointed to the Purple Man. "Thats Fritz over there" He pointed to a tree where Fritzy and a Red Head were talking about something. "Thats Jeremy." He pointed to a smaller figure who was playing with the Satyr earlier.
"That cant be true." Scott the messenger said. "Cause thats our names."
