After sometime they reached a very famous family restaurant of mumbai

Jo sab khaenge whi order karte hai

They ordered their food

He too smiled

They were chit chatting just then their food arrived

Smelling the food suddenly shehnaz started feeling to vomit her head started spining

She hold his hand under the table

He immediately looked at her...

Kya hogya shehnaz are you okay he said with worried tone seeing her face expressions

Sm and ziya di also got tensed

Kya hua bacche...ziya di asked

Sidharth mujhe fir se vomiting arhi hai...she said holding his biceps

Okay okay...let's go to washroom

He asked one of the waiter about washroom and reached their on time

And as soon as they reached sana splitted out everything from her stomach

Sid held her hairs and started caressing her back to calm her down

After vomiting she washed her face and cleaned her mouth

She leaned her forehead on his chest

Sidharth...take it me to the hospital i have no energy left...she said exhaustedly

They came out of washroom ziya di and sm got tensend seeing her like this

Par jaise hi doctor se baat hojae hame call karna...sm said

Sid take her to the docs room

Have a sit mr. and mrs. Shukla

He tell her everything that how she vomit in the evening then her bad health at the restaurant

Bas aaj sham se

Iske pehle kabi aisa kuch uneasy feel hua

Ok pehle mai inka test karungi confirm hone ke baad hi kuch keh skte hai

Docs take her with herself

Meanwhile sid was waiting in the cabin

After sometime she returns with shehnaz

Doctor what is the actually problem ye sab tests medication everything is well with her right ?

Everything is absolutely right with her plz just wait for few more time till reports will come than i will tell you i hope what i am hoping will turns to be right

Sid and sana confusingly looked at each other then looked at doctor

After waiting for sometime a nurse came and handed the reports to doctor

Okay si let me read the reports first then only i will tell you

Okay doctor...sid said

Doctor give a read to the report then smiled

As expected congratulations to both of you mr. and mrs. Shukla

Sid looked at her with a confuse face

Congratulations for what...sana askes

You both are expecting....doctor informed them with a pleasant smile

What they both were in utter shock...this news was too much for them to digest

Both were on cloud nine after listening this news

Sana's hand reached to her stomach and a beautiful smile appears on her face

Sidharth i am.....her words were left unsaid as she is flying in happiness

Pregnant....meri jaan...you are pregnant i am gonna be a father oh my god

They both hugged each other totally forget about the surrounding

They were hugging and crying

They broke the hug and sana held his hand and put it on her stomach

Congratulations once again...doctor said once again to gain their attention

Ur wlcm....miss pooja bajaj...ye yahan ki best gynecologist hai consult her abi to hai nhi aap inse morning mein hi mil paenge so come tmrw and shehnaz one more thing u have to more careful from now take care of yourself and yes tmrw when u will meet to the doctor she will give you ur diet plan so follow it i hope mr. Shukla will take care of it
