Okay so you are 2 weeks preagnant...intials hai to tumhe jyada kuch pta nhi chelga but ha jaise jaise u will enters in ur months it will be going to be too drenching for u as well as for your husband u will feel morning sickness nausea from some foods mood swings...and mr. Shukla u have to handle all these things of her very calmly...and the most important thing ur diet plan i will mail it to u sidharth becoz it will take some time for me to make her diet plan u have to eat healthy for baby but yes sometimes u will feel to eat some other foods like spicy or sweet so u can go for it but in limits not do over do lil workout daily and yes avoid travelling in plane or trains think positive and good that's all for it
Sid was listening all thisbvery carefully where sana is making faces listening to the rules which she is telling

Hmmm...good shehnaz don't take much stress or ha koi lapar wahi nhi chlegi u jave to be carefull while going to washrooms or any slippery area u have to avoid food from which u have allergies ok
