I walk onto the train, trying to seem confident when really I was probably more afraid than half of the first years here. I knew that mother had talked to all the other pureblood families, trying to get me wrapped into the pureblood world at Hogwarts. I probably only had a couple of minutes before someone came looking for me to sit with them, and pretend to be friendly towards me.

Knowing this, I basically ran to the bathroom compartment on the train, this would not only help me avoid the purebloods, but it would also give me a chance to fix my hair before someone saw this embarrassing buzz cut.

I pull the bottle out of my pocket that I had used earlier, and take the same amount as before into my hand, sure enough as I applied the liquid to my scalp, my hair went back to the length I had before my mother cut it all off. The only problem with the liquid was that I was running out, and I would need more for after the holiday, and then for next school year too. I could always talk to the nurse at Hogwarts, although she probably wouldn't give me any seeing as it was for appearances. I could look up a spell, it's not like the ministry cares what anyone in my family actually does anyway.

I walk out of the bathroom with my freshly fixed hair and glance around making sure I was free of purebloods ready to pounce on me as my mother advised. Quickly I go into one of the mostly empty compartments, it was more likely to have normal people in it.

Sitting in there were three boys, two of them were sitting, talking, and eating a ton of candy. The two seemed to be complete opposites, one had dark brown hair and glasses, while the other was small with blond hair and a pinched expression stuck on his face. The final boy was leaning against the window, he looked pretty worn out, and seemed rather sick for a train ride.

The boy with glasses seemed to have noticed me on the threshold of the compartment, he turned to look at me and smiled.

"Hiya, Im James, James Potter" he nodded at me. Inside all, I could think about was how perfect this was, because the mother hated the potters, and specifically warned me not to talk to their son. Yes, they were a pureblood family, but they were as good as mudbloods in her mind. Being compassionate and not caring about blood status, honestly how idiotic of them.

"Sirius, Sirius Black," I respond,  after a good minute.

"Are you?"

"Am I what?"

"Are you serious?" James smirks.

"Yes I'm serious," I am finding it pretty difficult to keep myself from laughing.

"So your seriously sirius?"

"I'm serious I'm Sirius,"

"Seriously? well Sirius this is Peter," he nods at the boy next to him, "and this  little fella is Remus," he nods to the sick-looking boy.

"Well I Sirius, am seriously pleased to meet all of you, in all my amazing seriouslessness"

"Oh Serious im seriously so serious-"

"please respectfully both of you shutup," the Remus boy cuts of James.

James smiles up at me and I smile back, "may I sit here?"

"Sirius, I think we would all be honored to have you join this compartment." James responds.

I sit down next to Remus and grab two chocolate frogs from the pile of sweets that James and Peter had acquired. Keeping one on my lap, I hand one to Remus next to me, "Here chocolate helps."
