Ch. 2

Maddie's POV
I wake up to the annoying sound of my alarm clock. Why is it going off! I look over at the clock and to see it was only 4:30! 'Why was my alarm set to 4:30!' I asked my self. Them it all comes back, 'ABBY!! She knows me so well! I'm going to get her! Ah, maybe later...' Say say to myself, as I stated to drift off to sleep.

I wake up again and it was 11:53. That's more like it! I hope out of bed and go straight down stairs to be surprised by a water gun getting sprayed at me! "Haha! Got you! Abby yelled. "Abbs really! First the alarm clock and now this!" I yelled at her. "What alarm clock? This is all I planned." She asked getting confused. "You know what, I don't have time for this I have a date tonight!" I said walking away. "You got a date with who, sweetheart?" My dad asked from the kitchen.

"Dad really! What did I say about ease dropping!" I yelled. (btw- I yell a lot) "Honey, no need to get mad, I'm just acting like your mother." Just that word makes me want to start crying. My mum died of cancer 4 months ago. She was like my best friend and she was always there for me. But let's not make this a sad story!

"Dad, let not talk a this, ok. I'm not going on a date, I'm just going to hangout with this boy I like. He never asked me out, ok." "Ok sugarcakes, just be careful, ok?" "Ok daddy!" I said kissed him on the cheek and taking my plate and sitting down on the couch. I turned on the TV and 'That's So Raven' was on so I watch that for about 3 hours.

Later, when it was almost 5, there was a knock on the door. Lazily, I got up and opened the door to see my one and only bestie, Mia. " Mia? What are you doing here?" I asked. "Wow, I don't even get a 'hello'!" She said, letting herself in. "Now what the hell are you doing? What if I was Luke and you answered the door like that!" She yelled. "But you weren't Luke..." I yawned. "But if I was, I would run away as fast as I can, but I'm your friend so..." She rambled on. "Soooooo......" I said. "I'm getting you ready!" She yelled getting excited pulling me up stairs into my room.

She did my hair, makeup, picked out my clothes, and all that other crap girl do for dates. After for about an hour I was all ready. I was surprised that I didn't look like s doll after all the makeup she put on me, and the cloths weren't to fancy they where cute and something that I would where to school. After all we did is watch 'Kim Possible'.
(btw- I'm a total old Disney freak!😂)

Luke's POV
Ok, you must be thinking, I really never knew who she was. Well your wrong! I liked her ever sense I saw her, in The middle of freshman year she asked where C-24 was and she was wearing a Blink-182 top, navy blue shorts, and white converse.
*FLASH BACK*
I was walking down the hall to my next class what this girl that I don't think I have ever seen before ran it to me with her books falling to the ground. "Oh my gosh!! I'm so sorry I wasn't looking where I was going and I can't find C-24 is an-" she rambled on. "Hay, I know where C-24 is ,actually that's my next class I can walk you there if you want?" I asked. "Ummm, ok!" She said smiling. We walked down the hall talking about Blink-182.
*END OF FLASH BACK*
Ever since that day we never talked again. We sometimes eye contact in the halls but that's it. I really hope this works out.

Maddie's POV
It was 6:27. I was freaking out! What if I embarrass myself, what if she doesn't like me, what if this what if this! I kept on thinking that the doorbell rang. 'Crap!' I screamed in my head. I walk over to the door, took a deep breath and opened the door...

Luke's POV
Wow! That's really all I could say, wow. She looked so beautiful with her long curled hair, ripped skinny jeans, Blink-182 band tee, and her black converse. She looked so basic but so beautiful. We stared at each other for the longest time, until a girl, I think her name is Mia, popped onto the door way and said, "Hay there! Well I'm just going to leave you to alone." She said stepping out side and whisper in my ear, "if you ever fucking hurt her I will fucking kill you!" She wished/yelled.

She walk out to her car and drove away. "Wow," I said to Maddie," you look beautiful!" She looked up and blushed. "Thanks, you look beautiful too." She said. "Oh sorry I met handsome." She said. "I know what you meant, shall we?" I asked. "We shall." She said as I grabbed her hand. This is going to be interesting.
