Start of Camp

Today was the day we go to summer camp! I can't wait, I packed my bags into the bus and waited with the rest of class 1a.

"Now that you've finished up your first semester at UA High, it's time for summer vacation to officially begin. However... don't think these will be months of rest for you heroes-in-the-making. At this camp we'll push you to go beyond your limits. You're aiming to become 'Plus Ultra'." Mr. Aizawa said and we all replied with 'yes, sir'.

"Attention class A, the bus is here! Everyone line up in seating order!" Iida yelled while waving his hands around. Once we all loaded the bus we were on our way. Everyone had a seat partner already so I just sat in the very back where there was a long row of seats and laid down.

"Here's the deal. We'll be on this bus for about an hour before our first stop. Make sure you stay focused." Mr. Aizawa says. "Why aren't we blastin' some music?" Kaminari asks. "No one should be standing! That is a safety hazard! Please stay seated!" Iida yells once he sees Aoyama standing.

The class was pretty loud on the bus but I still managed to fall asleep to pass the time. I could sometimes hear people comment about how cute I looked but I didn't bother to stop anyone.

After a while someone woke me up and told me we were at a rest stop. Mineta was running around asking for a bathroom while others were commenting on how this wasn't really a resting area.

"You don't really think we stopped here just so you could stretch your legs, do you?" Mr. Aizawa asked. All the sudden a car showed up and people came out of it. "Heya, Eraser!" A voice said. "Long time no see." Mr. Aizawa replied.

After their weird introduction we found out they were called the Wild Wild Pussycats. "These are the pro heroes you'll be working with for the summer training camp." Mr. Aizawa says. "They're a four-person hero team who specialize in mountain rescues! The Pussycats were founded when we were kids, like forever ago! This marks their 12th year working as a--" Midoriya says fan-boying but getting cut off.

"I'm pretty sure your math must be off. I'm 18 at heart." One of the Pussycats say with her paw on Midoriya's face. "Understood!" Midoriya replies.

"Everyone, say hello." Mr. Aizawa says. "Hello! Nice to meet you!" Our class says in unison.

"We own this whole stretch of land out here. Everything you can see. The summer camp you're staying at is there at the base of the mountain." The one known as Mandalay says and our class responds with 'that's far'.

"Uh... Then why did we stop all the way up here instead?" Uraraka questions. "I'm afraid we both know the answer to that." Tsu answers. "That can't be right." Sato adds. "Um. Back on the bus. Quick. Let's go." Sero says with a nervous laugh. "Good idea. Load up." Kaminari replies, others nodding.

"The current time is 9:30 in the morning. If you're fast about it, you might make it there by noon." Mandalay says with a smirk.

"No way. Guys!" Kirishima yells. "Holy crap!" Mina exclaims. "Save yourselves!" Kirishima yells while everyone starts running to the bus, I just stand in my spot watching them.

"Kitties who don't make it there by 12:30 won't get any lunch." Mandalay exclaims. "You should have guessed, students. The training camp... has already begun." Mr. Aizawa says as Pixie-Bob uses her quirk and make the ground beneath us break.

I teleport behind the pros while I watch my classmates fall. Once they've fallen, Mandalay goes to the edge to speak. "Good news! Since this is private land, you can use your quirks as much as you want to. You've got three full hours. You should be able to make it to the facility in that time. That is, if you can get through The Beast's Forest." She says and the students gasp turning towards the forest.
