Licensing Exam (Part 3)

The building we were in opened up again so we could see the training area again, but this time, buildings were collapsed, we had to save the 'civilians'.

Everyone rushed out in a big group, slowly parting into smaller groups, starting to help the civilians.

"Let's start by heading to the closest urban area. We'll work as a team as much as possible." Iida stated, the class agreeing. Though, as we were running, I heard Mina's voice which caught my attention.

"You're going on your own again?" She asked, causing me to look at who she was talking to. Katsuki. Maybe I'll go with him this time. "Why are you damn extras always following?" Katsuki growled.

I decided to follow them, running close behind Kirishima and Kaminari as they replied to Katsuki with, "We just wanna!"

"Right, so, uh... Try to get this over quickly for me, yeah?" The announcer said over the speakers.

We continued to run until we got to the mountain zone. "Help. Someone!" We could hear a man yell. "My arm hurts pretty bad." A woman said. "Mine too, save us." The man said again. We walked to the side of a cliff and saw a man and woman down below us.

"Shut up! Save yourselves, you whiners." Katsuki yelled making me slap him on the back of his head as the two civilians yelped. "Man, you've gotta work on your rescue style." Kaminari said. "They might be really hurt- we can't just leave 'em here." Kirishima then said.

"Wait. We are supposed to be low-priority victims with only minor injuries." The women said. "So you think... that he figured it out. And that's why he told us to go off on our own?" The man asked.

"You're kidding me. They took it in a way that made it sound okay?" Kaminari said. "We'll get you two somewhere safe." Kirishima said, jumping down to the two civilians. "Yeah!" Kaminari said, following. 

"His tone was wildly inappropriate. Minus points." The man said.

"What the hell did you say?!" Katsuki asked while turning around with a scary look on his face, making the two shiver and hug each other. "Katsuki! Cut it out! We're supposed to be rescuing people, not scaring them!" I yelled at him, angry with how he was acting.

"Tch, whatever." He said before walking away, me following closely behind and trying to make sure he's acting accordingly. We kept helping civilians we found, and helped them get to safety, before the exam was over. 

Once the exam ended we all waited in a group to hear our results. After waiting for a while we got our names put up on a screen and got papers of our results. I searched for my name on the screen, my heart dropping when I couldn't find it. I looked over it again, maybe I missed my name. It wasn't there.

I quickly looked at the paper that was just handed to me. I failed. I failed because I was 'bickering with another hero' during our rescues. So... I failed because I tried keeping Katsuki in line?

I quickly walked off from the group, the majority of my classmates already celebrating. I also heard Kaminari and Mineta ask Izuku about this girl, apparently he saw her naked... I mean, how could I not be sad, even Mineta passed and I didn't.

I quickly ran off to the bathroom, my emotions have been all over the place since I figured out Shoto, Izuku, and Katsuki are my fated mates. I went into a stall, as tears flowed down my cheeks.

Maybe I really can't be a hero... those alphas were all right. I'm a useless omega that only belongs in a house, serving an alpha. Why did I think they were wrong? They were obviously right. My own alphas probably don't even want me, Izuku would probably much rather have that girl he saw naked as a fated mate...

As my self depreciating thoughts started taking over my mind and thoughts, tears started to flow out quicker, distressed pheromones being released in huge heaps. Why is everything turning out so wrong? I only wanted to become a hero, but I'll never be able to do that as an omega. A stupid, useless, nobody, omega.

I quickly tried to calm down as I heard the bathroom door open. "Y/n?" I heard a voice call out softly, it was Mina. "Y-ya?" I called out, trying to make it sound like I wasn't crying. "You ok babes? The class was looking for you, and then we started to smell your distress pheromones." She said softly, coming closer to the stall I was in.

"O-oh, sorry..." I said quietly, still trying to calm down, but the thoughts keep filling my mind. I broke down again, a loud sob filling the silence. "Oh Y/n... come on, open the door." She said softly, letting out calming pheromones, but it just made me cry even harder.

She knows I'm an omega, that's why she's trying to baby me...

(Warning!! There are mentions of a panic attack and a needle below, if you don't like that please skip to when I say it's finished!!)

Soon enough, I was too overwhelmed and I started to hyperventilate. "Y/n? Y/n?! Come on, open the door! I can bring you to your alphas! I-I, come on! Please!" Mina said frantically, she seemed to start freaking out too.

Everything around me started spinning, I fell to my knees, my heart beating rapidly as I tried to suck in air that didn't seem to want to come in. I could slightly hear multiple panicked voices, and smell different scents, but I couldn't seem to pin point who the scents belonged to or what the voices were saying.

I heard a loud bang, and then arms were wrapped around me. My mind went straight to the omega trading ring and I flinched, trying to get out of the person's hold. "P-please! N-no, I-I said n-no!" I freaked out, trying to get out of their hold.

I then felt a pinch in my neck, and everything faded into black.

Mina's POV:

I ran out of the bathroom to get help, Y/n didn't seem like she was in the right head space to do anything I asked. I quickly rushed to the bus where the class was.

"Mr. Aizawa please! Y/n was freaking out and she wouldn't listen to me, I need help! I'm worried!" I said frantically as I quickly ran back to the bathroom, Aizawa, Bakugo, Todoroki, and Midoriya had followed so we were all in the bathroom.

"Y/n come on, it's me Izuku... can you open the door please?" Midoriya said calmly, releasing calming pheromones. Bakugo and Shoto did the same. Everyone kept trying to say calming things, and calm Y/n down, but nothing was working so Mr. Aizawa busted the stall open.

Bakugo quickly went and tried to hug Y/n and calm her down, Midoriya and Todoroki letting him, since he's calmed her down before, but she just freaked out even more.

"P-please! N-no, I-I said n-no!" She yelled, thrashing around in his hold. You could tell Bakugo was freaking out, he didn't know what to do, none of us did, except Mr. Aizawa.

I watched as Mr. Aizawa stuck a needle in Y/n's neck, and slowly she passed out.

(Warning over)

"M-Mr. Aizawa? What happened?" I asked, still pretty freaked out. "She had a bad panic attack, I'm not exactly sure why, but that's what it was. I'm guessing she was too far gone to know who we were, and probably what we were saying too." Mr. Aizawa stated making me nod.

"What'd you give her?!" Bakugo then asked, holding Y/n close to his chest like he would lose her if he let go. I looked over to see Todoroki and Midoriya hugging each other close too, I can't even begin to imagine how freaked out and scared they were. I mean, they weren't able to help their omega, that's pretty scary.

"Bakugo, calm down. I gave her a sedative that put her to sleep. It was the best option in this case. If I hadn't of done that she might've freaked out enough for her omega to take over and that would not be good, she could have injured herself and us." Mr. Aizawa stated before walking off. "Let's get to the bus, it'll probably be better for her to wake up in a more familiar environment like the dorms." Mr. Aizawa stated before continuing out of the bathroom and to the bus.

Hopefully she's going to be ok...
