"As for him, there's nothing we can do..."

Shigaraki Tomura sat in his chair. Hands bound together with a Quirk-resistant metal, clasped tight around his wrists so he couldn't use his quirk. Beside him sat Himiko Toga, Dabi, and the Leagues newest member, Takami Keigo.

"I recognize your concern, but for the sake of Japan- no, the world for that matter, we simply MUST have him and the others alike taken care of!"

From his seat, Toshinori stole a glance at the villians in the back of the courtroom. They looked...like tired kids, ready to go home. He combed a hand through his hair and let out an empty sigh, searching for another way. From the seat next to him, Midoriya Izuku, hero name; Deku, looked at the table, deep in thought.

"I personally believe they should be eradicated, Erasurehead."

"That isn't how we take care of matters. These people aren't sand castles by a wave, waiting to be knocked down."

"Believe you me, I can't sleep thinking about the case either. But, for Sir Nighteye's sake, sir-"

Midoriya suddenly stood up, startling Toshinori enough to be snapped out of his thought.

"Sir Nighteye has nothing to do with this! He died a brave hero, and bringing him up in a pointless argument is nothing but disrespectful!"

Suddenly, all eyes were on him. He was used to this, both for saving many lives and being that kid most of his life, the eyes didn't bother him as much as they should've.

"Young Midoriya, please-"
Toshinori started, before he was cut off by the current #1.

"Let him speak. In case you couldn't remember you're not in charge anymore, Toshi."

Midoriya, now feeling the weight of his situation, swallowed hard before continuing.

"Like Aiza- like Erasurehead said, these villians are still people, not just mindless beings. Total inhalation isn't the true way of a hero, nor is it humain. I say we..."

He suddenly was at a loss for words. He looked around at the heroes, obviously waiting for his next statement. Subconsciously, he started to fidget with his hands, stuck.

"You really should think before you speak, kid. As a hero in training, I thought you'd know that."
The onlooker chuckled as Midoriya looked to All Might. He gave but a nod of reassurance, and Midoriya turned his attention to the league in the back.

"A good hero reacts before their body has time to comprehend the danger they're in. Same goes for now."
The pros and local heroes looked at him, kind of agreeing. Midoriya now having more confidence, lifted his voice so The League could hear him.

"I think we should rehabilitate the Villians at UA!"
