We are at a old restaurant there trying to contact CZ off of Frenchy. "Hello Citizen Z this is Sargent garnet come in Citizen Z" garnet said over the mic. " yes this is Northern light for Garnett citizens here go for Garnett" CZ said. They started talking when Ganet told me that CZ wanted to talk. I hopped off of the truck and over to Frenchy. "Hi y/n" he said. "Hey" I said. "How's it going down down there?" He asked. "Pretty F'd up actually how is it going with you?" I asked. "Oh you know same ol Same ol. So what do you folks need?" he said. "Can we get a chocolate shake and fries for 10,000 man?" Doc asked. I walked back to the truck.

Tommy looked at me. "Don't look at me" I said to him. He just smiled and looked away. " puppies and kittens" Mack said. We hopped in the truck and we were on our way. We pulled up to this big building there where ambulance's every where with dead bodies. Every one got out but me,Tommy,Thomas and max.
"This is not what I was hoping for" garnet said. "Well one of these days your gonna stop hoping" Murphy said. Warren said something but I didn't hear her. "Halt who goes there!?" A man said pointing his gun at the group.

I put Thomas behind me and Tommy put us behind him. " sergeant Charles Garnet national guard this here here is Lieutenant Roberta Warren Missouri national guard" garnet said pointing to both of them. "State your business" he said. " we are on a high priority mission to get this man to CDC lab in California" garnet said pointing to Murphy. " we were sent here by a Intel officer from the NSA. To see general McCandles" garnet told him. " I need help finding transfer.

We were told he has a helicopter" garnet said. "Yea he's got a chopper" the man said. He's starring at me I grab Tommy's hand. He looks at me. I look at him than the dude. He looks at him then me. He nodded. He knows. " but general McCandles is it very busy man. he's got the entire East Coast under his command. You can't work with some raggedy ass group of civilians on a suicide mission. I suggest you move on before the infected find you." he said. "Nothing raggedy ass about this group of civilians sir" warren said. Addy smirked. " this man has important information about the vaccine for the zombie virus" warren told him.

He moved back and went down the stairs. "He smells like a damn Z" the dude said. "I don't know how to get yourself septic tank" Murphy said. Doc gave the man oxy and he ate them. They walked up in the deck. I couldn't hear anything. Tommy hopped off of the truck and on to a top of a ambulance."Mom" Thomas said tapping my leg. "What's up bud?" I ask him getting down to his level. "Why is dad smoking?" He asked. I look at Tommy he has a cigarette.

Tommy only smokes when he daydreams about his pa. "He's thinking about grandpa" I told Thomas softly. "Oh ok" Thomas said back then he turned around and started to play with max. I can hear Tommy counting. "1090,1091,1092,1093 no 94"
Ok but ima just say it the way he said that last part that was HOT. "10k, y/n cover our flank don't let man or Zombie follow us up" Garnet yelled. "Yes sir" Tommy said. "Yea ok" I said back. They walked in. "He bud stay in here I'm gonna talk to dad, ok?" I told Thomas. "Yea ok" he said. "Max watch him" I told our dog.

He barks. I get off of the truck and hop up on the roof of the abundance next to Tommy. "Since when did you smoke?" I asked him. "Since now" he said in a smart ass tone. "Don't have to be an ass" I say to him. He looks back at me. He sits up grabs my cheek with his hand and kisses me. It lasted about a good 5mins. We pull away. "Sorry I didn't mean to be a butt" he said to me. "And I'm sorry for saying ass oh I said it again" I said to him. He laughed. He looked over at Thomas. "He misses him ya know?" I said to Tommy. "Yea me too" Tommy said holding my hand. "Ok now go and add to your count." I told him. He smiled at keepers shooting. Tommy took a puff * I don't know he smoked the sig* he handed it to me I took it and did the same.

He aimed it at a Z he spots but misses. I almost fall off of the ambulance. He took it out of my hand and took another puff. He sat it in a holder on his sniper and shot he killed it this time. "Hey babe you ok?" I asked him. "Yea Yea just though about pa for a sec." he said to me. He was sitting up now. " remember when he found out I was pregnant with Thomas he was so happy" I said smiling. "Yea" Tommy said laughing a little.

I put my hands on his neck. He puts his in my waist. I kiss him and hug him. He puts his forehead on my shoulder. I can feel him cry. "Hey shh shh it's ok baby it's ok" I said running my hand through his hair and rubbing his back.

20mins later.

Me and Tommy got back in the truck. We hear a explosion.

10mins later

The group comes out but there was no doc. "Where's doc?" Tommy asked. "He didn't make it" Warren said. Thomas started to cry. I hugged him. "Z's" Mack said. "Wait wait is that....?" Addy began. "Doc" Mack said. "Someone's gotta" garnet said. "I'll do it." Warren said pulling out her gun. "Steven doc beck I give you mercy" warren said and she shot. "What the hell warren you trying to kill em!?!" Doc yelled. Thomas stopped crying. "Your alive?!?" Warren asked him. "Damn strait I'm alive." He said to her. We all laughed. "Some idiot through a grenade in the air shaft I was stuck in" doc said.

We all laugh again doc gets in the truck. He talks to Tommy I don't listen bc I don't want to be in there business.
*ok so let's pretend that Tommy's last name is Wright so yea* "I'd like to dedicate this song to y/n Wright where ever you are" CZ said. Everyone looks at me. "Oh come on I talked to the guy once!!" I said. They all laugh and we were on our way.
