She cried and cried and cried. The news reported that her boyfriend committed suicide. He was all she had left. Her personal therapist. The one she needed was gone.
She was in her room. Staring at her favorite picture of them together.
"Why'd you give up on me?" She said wiping her tears. She knew that he wouldn't answer.
"Aubree, sweetie, please come down to eat." Her mother said through the door.
Aubree loved her mom. She respected Aubree, if she wanted to be alone, she would let her be alone. When it came down to eating or to something serious her mother would keep distance but still ask. Aubree loved that about her mom.
"Mom... please..." She choked out.
"I'll bring you up dinner sweet heart." Her mother said sincerely.
"Thank you Mom. I love you."
"Of course. I love you too." Her mother said.
Her mom shortly brought up a plate of steak and mash potatoes. Aubree ate slowly, thinking about her only true love. She felt like a dagger went through her heart and was stuck, unable to remove. It was that bad. All she wanted to do was reverse what happened. Let him in and let herself cry on his shoulder. She didn't though, which was the reason for his death.
Would it be different if I let him in? What would change. Her life was in the gutter.
A/N Hey everyone it's Broken_Honesty, I'm sorry for not updating my stories. I've been busy and have been sick for a while so it's hard to come up with other chapters. Sorry it was short but I'm trying to make another story which hopefully will be longer and more in depth and such. Again so sorry for the lack of updating and how short each chapter is. -Admin
