"THEA, BABY, COME ON, WE'RE GONNA BE LATE." Carlos shouted from his and his girlfriend's couch.
Thea was trying to look her absolute best in the downstairs bathroom. She had sprals of hair curlers and slight bodies of makeup to look her best. She was currently cleaning up the bathroom.
"I'm in the bathroom, pup!"
Carlos got up from the couch at went towards the downstairs bathroom, opening the door to see his girlfriend rushing everywhere to finish getting ready.
"You look beautiful already, Thea. You don't need all of this."
Thea smiled at her boyfriend. "Thank you, los." She finished cleaning up the bathroom in time to grab her purse, and rush out of the door, Carlos grabbing his keys, seeing that Thea forgot to grab hers.

THEA AND CARLOS QUICKLY RAN to get to their spot next to Evie, who was standing next to Doug as he played his trombone. Thea had Carlos' old red and black jacket on, while he had his new one. The jacket was big for her, and his symbol of two bones making a X was on the back.
Mal and Ben came out of the blue and yellow platform in front of the entrance to Auradon, gaining cheers out of everyone around them.
Fairy Godmother checked them to stay on the platform, making Mal chuckle at her actions. " Bippity-boppity, one-two, one-two, can everybody hear me? Yes! Ben."
"We can hear you." Thea chuckled as Carlos held her waist from behind. He looked at Jay who had his hands on Talana's shoulder, Talana's hands on top of his. He turned his head again to see Avery and Sakai running to their spots.
"Thank you, Fairy Godmother." Ben thanked the headmistress of his school. He let out a sigh into the microphone. "What's up, Auradon?
The crowd went wild at their king's sudden burst of energy. Thea could see the stale and cold look of Audrey and her grandmother's face as she stood, watching her ex-boyfriend on the stand.
"Thank you, thank you so much for coming out to welcome our new arrivals. They'll be here soon." Ben took a look at his friends, who were pared in couples, then at his girlfriend. "It worked out pretty well for the first four."
"Yeah, especially for you and Thea." Chad Charming shouted.
Avery rolled her eyes at her ex-boyfriend. Yes, her ex.
Chad and Avery broke up after Chad ditched her at cotillion to go fix a flat tire for Audrey, who he was way too excited to see for Avery's liking.
Ben ignored his classmate, turning to his purple-headed girlfriend, his eyes filled with love and admiration. "Mal, this is the exact spot we first met not so long ago."
Mal began to gasp as she spared a smile at the boy.
"feel like I've known you my whole life. But did I mention I'm in love with you?"
The sound of a guitar began playing, making Mal look back to see her friends crowded up behind Doug and Evie, Carlos who had smuggled Doug's hat and put it on his head, also smuggling one for Thea, humming the melody to the song Ben confessed his love to Mal with.
"I met this girl that rocked my world, like it's never been rocked. And now I'm living just for her, and I won't ever stop. I never thought it can happen to a guy like me, but now look at what you've done. You got me down on my knee."
Ben was on the floor, on one knee, facing Mal.
"Mal, it's you and me. It's you and me forever." Ben opened the box to reveal a purple ring. "Will you marry me? Will you be my queen?"
Mal was in tears, she heard Audrey say a very loud 'no' as she replied. "Yes!"
The crowd yet again went wild, Thea and Carlos bringing each other in a bone-crushing hug. "That's gonna be us someday." He whispered in her ear. "You can count on it."
Thea pulled away from her boyfriend, giving him a peck on the lips before he went to the boys.
Thea walked over to the girls, Sakai, Evie, Talana, Avery, and Mal were squealing to themselves.
"What? Did you know?"
"Everything!" The girls exclaimed. Mal pulled them all into a hug one by one. "You are gonna rock that crown." Evie stated.
"Okay, so Me, Evie, and Sakai only done about a thousand sketches of your wedding dress, and...Belle's already planned an engagement party next week!" Talana spoke to her newly engaged friend.
"It's a really good thing I said yes." Mal stated, giving a hug to her new parents in law.
"I finally get a daughter." Belle exclaimed in excitement.
"Offended!" Thea joked, making the former queen laugh.
"By relation, dear. You are just a very close friend that Ben treats like his sister." Belle tried to fix, but ended up failing.
"This is not helping your case at all, Belle." The three laughed at Thea before the girls went to pair with the boys. Thea took the hand Carlos lauded out for her, ready to tease Mal.
"All bow to Her Royal Majesty!" Jay stated in a 'fancy' and horrible attempt at a British voice.
"Oh, yes! Hey Royal Purpleness!" Carlos and Thea bowed teasingly at Mal.
"Although those who should be queen!" Sakai joined in.
Mal began playing along, waving her hand around. "Silence, you annoying peasants."
The group got up. "As you wish, my liege." Jay joked again.
"Your Crankiness." Carlos stated, making all of the group laugh.
Thea could see Mal get caught up in a conversation with Audrey, who had rudely pulled her by the arm.
"You alright?" Carlos asked his lover, following her gaze.
"Yeah, I'm alright." Thea assured, ruffling the hair of her boyfriend playfully. He gave her a funny face, then kissed her nose. "Come on, let's get the kids."
